After repeated experiments, the fat pork was soaked in rice wine for a period of time, and the originally turbid rice wine became more pure. Pork soaked in wine is like crystal ice, and the wine is clear. Taste it carefully at the entrance, and it tastes sweet and smooth. The bitterness and spicy taste of white wine are removed, and the wine is soft, sweet and smooth, which has a unique and rich flavor different from ordinary yellow rice wine.

He complied with people's habit of calling rice wine "shochu", and because the rice wine brewed from pork is as clear as jade, it was named "meat ice burning".
