Brief introduction of Xie Hui's art

Xie Hui, born in 1954, is from Hunan. Graduated from Xi Academy of Fine Arts, member of China Artists Association, national first-class artist, researcher of Shaanxi Provincial Museum of Literature and History. Graduated from Xi Academy of Fine Arts, he is a contemporary China painter with great strength. Currently, he is the Executive Dean of China Western Painting Academy, the Dean of all walks of life painting and calligraphy institutes in Shaanxi Province, and the Vice President of Shaanxi Flower and Bird Painting Research Association. He is good at meticulous animal painting (birds and beasts) and landscape painting. He studied under the famous painters Liu Wenxi, Yang Xiaoyang and Zhao Zhenchuan in China, and his works have been selected for many important exhibitions at home and abroad, winning two gold medals and three silver medals. His works have been exhibited in Japan, Korea, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong and Macau. In 2002, he was selected into the exhibition of 100 Tiger Painters in China and won the Excellence Award. In 2002, when he visited nine western European countries with the delegation of Shaanxi provincial government's cultural ancient city, his Chinese paintings "Luoyang Spring" and "Richness and Auspiciousness" were collected by the mayors of Germany and France. In 2007, the works of Loess Charm were selected for the nomination exhibition of 100 contemporary painters in China, and some of them were collected by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Embassy of China in Jamaica, as well as the China Art Museum, Chairman Mao Memorial Hall and Diaoyutai State Guesthouse. 1998 was included in China artists' CD, and in 2000, it was listed as one of the best artists in China's cross-century artistic achievements by China Artists Association. In 2005, he organized an exhibition of the works of ten contemporary famous painters in Shaanxi, and edited three editions of the album "Collection of Works of Contemporary Famous Artists in Shaanxi". He has published Selected Works of Xie Hui's Traditional Chinese Paintings and Collected Works of Xie Hui's Traditional Chinese Paintings, and won the gold medal in the 2008 Harmonious China National Art Calligraphy Photography Competition. In 2009, he was selected for the nomination exhibition of 100 contemporary painters in China.
