Write good words one stroke at a time and be a good person with each stroke

Reading for a long time, turning the long axis of literary history, Wang Xizhi, the great calligrapher of the Eastern Jin Dynasty who was more than 1,700 years away from us, slowly came towards us. He was taught calligraphy theory by his father since he was a child, and later studied under Zhong Yao and Zhang Zhi. His calligraphy attainments are known to everyone. Later generations described his calligraphy as "floating like floating clouds and as powerful as a frightening dragon" to describe his calligraphy as peaceful, natural, and beautiful!

Xi Zhi’s superb brushwork reveals his thoughts on the relationship between calligraphy and life. In his "Two Thank You Posts", the straight character "face" appears tall and thin but still sleek. Behind the famous "Preface to the Lanting Collection", what we see and read is not only the wonderful art of calligraphy, but also Xizhi's deep understanding of the relationship between people and themselves, others, and the natural universe.

The ancient Xi Zhi thought like this, spanning the long river of history. Now that I think about it, the meaning of life contained in calligraphy is obvious: Today, as new youths in the great era, we should be ourselves and write well. Skip the capitalized word "人".

In "The Age of Awakening", I read a powerful sentence: "No matter what we do, we must be upright people." Uprightness is the characteristic of the beautiful square character, and it is also the criterion for life. On the snowy plateau at an altitude of five or six thousand meters, I understood the meaning of the word "人" written on the faces and straight bodies of the soldiers who were sunburned and peeled by the plateau's ultraviolet rays: impartiality, Be upright and take the right path in life! They are like snow lotuses blooming on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, blooming between the thick mountains and pure white snow, shining in the sunshine, they are the light of hope for China!

Each generation has its own mission, and each generation has its own appearance!

Recalling the glorious past, Mao Zedong, who packed up his bags and went out to study at the age of sixteen, later had the courage to "point the country and inspire writing" and "count the famous figures and look at the present". . The leader of the central government once said that the new youth in contemporary China are good and they are a generation worthy of taking on great responsibilities. Facing the new situation of China's development and the complex international environment, we have to sink in and practice. Just as calligraphy emphasizes "starting against the peak, hiding and not revealing", life is like a journey against the odds. Only with inner sinking can we face the challenge. Climb the difficulties and see the light and hope.

In the long journey of exploration, in addition to diving, we also need to accumulate. The future is promising, but it is also full of thorns and challenges. I remember the gentle words that Grandpa Yuan Longping slowly spoke on the other side of the screen to realize the value of life: sweat, knowledge, inspiration and opportunities. Only if you are willing to sweat and accumulate knowledge can you be inspired and seize opportunities. Therefore, if life is a ship, you must remember to raise the sail of accumulation!

Since ancient times, China has never lacked people who are brave and move forward, people who are dedicated to research, and people who have accumulated a lot of experience. For their ideals, they are fearless, "even if there are thousands of people, I will go"! They are the backbone of China and the spirit of China. Their bones and blood contain the charm and essence of Chinese calligraphy. They wrote the word "human" in every corner of the motherland.

As young people in the new era, we must be people with ideals, responsibility, and willingness to dive and accumulate. Everything in the world has the philosophy of being a human being. The red character "人" in Tang Guangyu's calligraphy comics is also in this way. It enlightens us: Only by writing well can we become a promising young man in the new era!
