I haven't recorded some essays and feelings on ""for some time, and even this impromptu writing training has become a habit in my life, in the silent night, or when I wake up alone in the morning.
The wife who slept by just woke up and said, "Let's go to exercise together!" " "
I said, "Good."
Without any thought, I agreed to my wife's suggestion, because in my current life, exercise to lose weight is almost my top priority, and my weight has climbed to more than 200 kilograms unconsciously. This weight used to be a number I couldn't imagine, but now I have to bear it, so exercise to lose weight is the most important thing for me every day.
Although, I am determined to keep writing training every day.
The place where we exercise is basically a cycle of three places. First, it is the Liangshui River bank next to our home. 2. Tiantan Park; Third, it is Taoranting. More people go to Taoranting Park. To this end, we specially organized an annual ticket for the park, so that we can save two yuan for admission every time.
The scenery of Taoranting is pleasant all year round. In spring, there is a new green revival, with flowers, clear ice and water, and elegance; In midsummer, the thick green is rendered, the willows are rippling and the breeze is blowing; Autumn is like the setting sun, and it is golden. The fruit trees in the garden are fruitful, or the autumn rain is rustling, the dead leaves are withered, and the lonely crows return to their nests.
Among the four seasons, I like Taoranting in summer best. In hot summer, there are towering trees near the park. At this time, the branches and leaves are dense, but the toxic sunlight can't find a gap to penetrate. The breeze blew slowly from the lake, mingled with the lightness of the aquatic plants at the bottom of the lake.
"Go to Taoranting!"
When I left home, I discussed with my wife that every time I went out to exercise, I would set a direction downstairs.
The distance from Taoranting to home is about 2.5 kilometers. It takes more than 3000 steps. To go to the park, it takes more than 4000 steps to walk around the health trail at the outermost edge of the park. Then it takes more than ten thousand steps to walk home. Morning running is our way of exercise, and my bloated figure has made it impossible for me to choose other exercises with greater intensity.
Every time we go to the park, the path dedicated to people's exercise is always crowded with people doing morning exercises. Most of the time we arrived here was after many people. From the perspective of age structure, the old and the middle-aged are combined, and the elderly are mostly. For the thirst for health, only at the end of life, many people begin to be anxious and devote themselves to health and exercise all day long. Young and middle-aged people who are troubled by obesity like me join the fitness ranks at this time, mostly to eliminate the influence of fat on life. I have to say that many people are still awake when the pursuit of health is imminent. There are some elderly people in the crowd. They are running. They are about people who wake up earlier. Judging from their light pace, these people should have experienced running training all the year round.
The trail is built by the lake in the park, next to rockeries and occasional open spaces. There are groups of people practicing different types of dances in the open space. The age structure of people here is also relatively simple, and they are basically older people. These areas are the busiest places in the park. Each type of dance is accompanied by different music, and different types of music played by portable speakers spread far together.
There is a tunnel along the northeast corner of the trail, where there is a small clearing, next to the stone steps leading to the rockery, and at the foot of the mountain is a fixed place for martial arts lovers to gather. This open field is at the end of the rockery, because it is blocked by the rockery, the environment here is relatively quiet, and most morning exercisers who like martial arts have no verbal communication. Occasionally, there will be the sound of shovel practitioners shaking the iron ring on the shovel, and passers-by are often attracted by the sound of metal impact. Sometimes young morning exercisers like us will break away from the stream of people who open the trail, climb the stone steps from here, climb the back of the rockery, get down from the ridge and then go down to the trail, adding a little interest to the boring trail.
There are some pavilions on the ridge of the Park Mountains. I have been doing morning exercises here for some time, and I didn't deliberately remember the names of these pavilions, but I'm sure they all have their own names. Occasionally, there are children studying in the museum, and there are also some fans who practice Tai Ji Chuan. It is also a rare quiet place in Taoranting. These pavilions are traditionally divided into different functions. The rockery pavilion on the south side of the park is often occupied by people who practice musical instruments, while the rockery pavilion on the north side is occupied by people who study and practice Tai Chi.
Visit the fake mountains in the park and break off near the west gate of the park. Along the path, there is an open rose garden.
There are some fitness equipment around the rose garden, such as horizontal bar and parallel bars. There are always many skilled people playing on the parallel bars. Seeing the 60-and 70-year-old man jumping on the horizontal bar attracted people's admiration.
In the rose garden in midsummer, all kinds of roses are in full bloom, including crimson, bright yellow and pink roses, which are colorful and flowery. People passing by are often intoxicated by the flowers and can't help but slow down.
Walking through the Rose Garden is the "China Famous Pavilion Garden" surrounded by a circle of walls. There are the most famous exhibition halls all over the country. They are one-on-one imitations. These famous historical pavilions scattered all over the country were skillfully placed by skilled craftsmen. This path is built around the famous garden. In order not to discount morning exercises, people seldom walk through the garden during exercise. On weekdays, I will take my children in for sightseeing, and I will tell them the origin of each exhibition hall by comparing the introductions of each exhibition hall. But I still left those famous pavilions, and it was difficult to remember the names of several pavilions and their stories.
Bypass the famous pavilion, which is the south gate of the park. There are no rockeries and large open spaces here, only a fork road leading to the depths of the park coincides with the health trail. Continue to walk on the trail, and then go forward is a towering ginkgo forest, leading to the depths of the forest is a winding wooden path with low wooden railings on both sides of the path. The unknown long-leaved grass stubbornly drilled through the gap of the railing, facing the sunshine in the gap of the ginkgo orchard, and the tip of the grass scratched the exposed skin of passers-by.
Cross the wooden plank road of ginkgo forest and return to the trail. This is the closest to the water surface, and the lake has a concave corner here, which was cut by a stone bridge road built on the water surface. In the center of the stone bridge is a pavilion. The cut lake is planted with lotus roots, and the water surface is covered with lotus leaves, occasionally blooming lotus flowers, and erect buds. In a few days, these lotus flowers will wither and become lotus buds full of fruits. In the early morning, crystal drops of water rolled on the lotus leaves, shining in the morning light.
This section of the road is also very narrow, next to a mountain, sometimes we will climb over this mountain, and we often meet instrument learners practicing different instruments here. The south of this mountain is the Second Ring Road, and the east is Taoranting East Road. Practicing vocal music here is the least disturbing place.
At this point, my clothes have been soaked with sweat, and further ahead is the east gate of the park, and we swipe our card to enter. Generally, it doesn't pass through the north gate, because the north gate is outside the surrounding mountains on the north side of the park. This place extends outward alone, not within the trail, and there are no winding rockery steps.
Sometimes, in the open space leading to the rockery at the north gate of the park, there will be fans of "local calligraphy" waving their hands here. My wife and I are not very interested in calligraphy, so morning exercises rarely reach this level.
After walking around the park, my wife and I left the east gate and walked home, continuing the remaining 3000 steps in the morning.
