Ber Ber (1925.3.22-) was born in Xiangtan County (now Zhuzhou), Hunan Province. The word Shi 'an is called Li Weng. Li Li, 1925, from Yumanyuan, Xiangtan City. His ancestral home is a scholarly family in Louxia Village, Tang Shi Township, Zhuzhou County (formerly Xiangtan County). He graduated from Huazhong Art School earlier, and then went to Hangzhou National Art College for further study, where he studied under masters such as Qi Baishi and Pan Tianshou. Li Li has served as director of China Calligraphers Association, vice chairman and consultant of Hunan Branch of China Calligraphers Association, and president of Hunan Arts and Crafts Painting and Calligraphy Research Association. He is currently a professor at Hunan Higher Institute of Light Industry, a visiting professor at Central South University of Technology and Zhuzhou Institute of Technology, a member of Changsha CPPCC, deputy director of the Cultural and Educational Committee of Hunan Provincial Committee of NLD, and a member of Xilong Printing Society. 1April, 1996, Li Li was hired as a librarian of Hunan Provincial Museum of Literature and History.
