Historical Story: Is Cai Bian, the Prime Minister of the Northern Song Dynasty, a traitor or a loyal minister?

Cai Bian (1048-117) was born in Zijinshan, Chixiaoli, Xianyou County, Xinghua Army, Fujian Road in the Northern Song Dynasty (now Chiling Natural Village, Dongzhai Village, Fengting Town, Xianyou County, Fujian Province).
