Zhao (1853- 1928) was born in Heqing, Yunnan. In the twenty-first year of Guangxu (1895), he was a scholar and entered the Ci Academy for teaching and editing. Called by the admiralty and registered as vice president. He was edited by the Hanlin Academy, attended by the Crown Prince, observed by fengjie county, Sichuan, and served as deputy commander-in-chief. After the Revolution of 1911 (19 1 1), overseas Chinese became teachers. He has visited seven countries, including Japan, and won the Seven-Nation Medal. Zhao is good at poetry and calligraphy, especially calligraphy. When he was young, he was influenced by his ancestors and uncles, especially his uncle. Its official script inherited Han Li's style, and it has the style of calligraphy in Qing Dynasty. Running script is compatible with the characteristics of Wang, Zhao and Yan, graceful and comfortable, ups and downs. His calligraphy works are widely spread, with calligraphy collections in Heqing, Dali, Kunming, Sichuan, Beijing and other places. Zhao's noble character and elegant art are favored by the royal family and praised by the world. Emperor Guangxu once gave the title of "Mei Lan" and a set of treasure seals, which varied in size and shape, but there was the word "Imperial gift to Mei Lan" in the middle, and "Two dragons robbed the treasure" arranged on the edge of the seal. Zhao often uses this set of seals according to the size of his paintings and calligraphy works in the middle and late period. After Zhao received the gift, his calligraphy was greatly appreciated by people. Being good at writing stereotyped writing is beneficial to folding branches and flowers.
