Zhao Yun, determined the disaster, rode the savior alone, helped the young with both hands, and made great achievements. Zilong is very brave.
Zhao Yunzi Zilong, a native of Changshan, was a famous soldier in Shu and Han Dynasties. Following Liu Bei, he made outstanding achievements and was brave and good at fighting. He died of illness in 229 AD and pursued Shunping Hou. Zhao Yun belonged to Gongsun Zan, a warlord in Youzhou, and was the main cavalry of Liu Bei. Zhao Yun later followed Liu Bei, and served as a yamen general, a parallel general, and a beneficial army general, assisting Liu Bei in establishing Shu Han and achieving a generation of hegemony. After Liu Chan succeeded to the throne, he became a general of the army and the south, sealed the pavilion of Yongchang and worshipped the general of Zhendong.
Determine the disaster:
In the 18th year of Jian 'an (AD 2 13), Liu Bei broke with Liu Zhang and attacked Liu Zhang from Meng Jia, calling Zhuge Liang and others to help Shu. Zhuge Liang, Zhao Yun, Zhang Fei and others led the troops back to Jiangxi and settled the counties all the way.
In the 24th year of Jian 'an (AD 2 19), in the first month, Liu Bei took the advice of Huang Quan and others to attack Hanzhong, and Xia, commander of Hanzhong, was beheaded by Huang Zhong. After Zhao Yun entered the camp, he ordered the camp to be opened, and the Han army stopped. Seeing this, you suspected that there was an ambush by Zhao Yun, so you retired. At this time, Zhao Yun ordered the drums to beat, and the drums were deafening. The sergeant shot Cao Jun with a crossbow. Cao Jun was so frightened that many people fell into the Han River and drowned. The next day, Liu Bei personally came to Zhaoyun Barracks to inspect yesterday's battle site and said admiringly, "Zilong is brave!" " So a banquet was held to celebrate the evening, and the army called Zhao Yun "the tiger will follow."
Ride the savior alone:
Liu Cong, the son of Liu Biao in Jingzhou who died of illness, surrendered without fighting, and Liu Bei led more than 100,000 people to retreat from Jiangling. Cao Cao knew that Jiangling had military resources and was afraid of being occupied by Liu Bei, so he led 5,000 butchers to ride around 300 miles day and night until Dangyang defeated Liu Bei. In the chaotic army, Liu Bei abandoned his family with Zhang Fei, Zhuge Liang and Zhao Yun, and more than ten rode back. On the way, Zhao Yun returned to Changbanpo alone, rode back with Tiger and Leopard, and finally rescued the mother and son.
Two assistants:
In the 14th year of Jian 'an (AD 209), after the four counties in Jingnan were pacified, Liu Bei became a shepherd in Jingzhou and gained power. Sun Quan suggested that the two parties get married, and Liu Bei married his sister, Mrs. Sun. When Sun Quan learned that Liu Bei was going to explore Yizhou in the west, he sent a large number of ships to take Mrs. Sun back and asked her to take her to the State of Wu. Fortunately, Zhao Yun and Zhang Fei led troops to intercept the Wu Dong fleet on the Yangtze River and successfully recaptured Liu Chan.
In 227 AD, Zhao Yun entered Hanzhong with Zhuge Liang, the prime minister, and defected to Cao Wei the following year. He once set up suspected soldiers in Jigu Valley to contain Wei Jun's main force. After the failure of the Northern Expedition, Zhuge Liang was demoted to the rank of general of the town army and died soon.
