Step 1: Horizontal and vertical. Literally, "vertical" is vertical, but "horizontal" is generally inclined to the upper right corner, not horizontal. Straighten up, and all the "horizontal" should be inclined upward. Remember, when writing, the horizontal direction must be tilted upward, which is more beautiful.
Step 2: The strokes are parallel. This is the key. I found that the beautiful words on the copybook are horizontal, vertical, left and right In short, they are all parallel.
Third, the structure is compact and patchwork. "Compact structure" means that there are no spaces in the middle of the words, but they should be closer together, and the strokes should be close, but they should not touch each other and should be dense and not connected.
"patchwork", writers don't like mountains, and so do the characters. Character structure should be large and small, high and low, fat and thin to look good. For example, the left is small and the right is big (such as "strength"), the left is big and the right is small (such as "diligence"), and the upper is small and the lower is big (such as "presentation").
"Chicken" is in the middle of the space, so we write the strokes very tightly. "Chicken" is a left-right structure, so we should "small left and big right" and move down a little next to the word "you" on the left.
Secondly, the progress from "visible" to "good-looking" belongs to a higher-order form, involving "brush strokes" and "finer proportions". This is a long-term practice process.
Brush strokes: strokes such as start and stop are common in copybooks, which makes the strokes less monotonous and not simply "straight". More detailed scale problem: the "small left and big right" mentioned in the third step is actually very general. To write the word "chicken" well, it is necessary to fine-tune the proportion of each stroke, which requires a lot of practice.
As can be seen from the high version of "Chicken", the upper right corner of "Chicken" is more slender, occupying more space, and the lower "horizontal" is longer.
