Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts, located in Tianjin, is one of the nine most influential fine arts institutes in China.

The predecessor of the College is Beiyang Women's Normal School founded by China modern educator Fu Zengxiang on 1906. After the founding of New China, the school was renamed after many adjustments.
