Article 1 These Articles of Association are applicable to the enrollment of undergraduate and junior college students in Qilu Normal University.

Article 2 The principle of "fairness, justice, openness and merit-based" shall be implemented in the enrollment work of Qilu Normal University.

Article 3 The enrollment work of Qilu Normal University shall be supervised by the discipline inspection and supervision departments, news media, candidates and their parents, and all sectors of society.

Chapter IV Enrollment and Admission

Article 13 Enrollment Plan: The enrollment major and enrollment plan shall be subject to the announcement of the Provincial Department of Education, and shall be announced to the candidates through the provincial enrollment authorities, school enrollment brochures, school websites and other forms.

Article 14 Proportion of filing: It shall be implemented according to the relevant regulations of the Education Department or the High Admissions Office of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government).

Article 15 Admission principle: In accordance with the spirit of the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education and the enrollment provinces, in line with the principles of fairness, justice, openness and merit-based, and based on the results of the college entrance examination, merit-based admission will be made.

(1) College Volunteer: Admission is based on the principle of voluntary setting and file admission in each province. The provinces that have not implemented the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination and the implementation of parallel volunteer shall implement the provisions of relevant provinces on filing, accept filing according to the principle of "giving priority to scores and following volunteers", and recruit (follow) volunteer candidates from high scores to low scores when there are insufficient candidates for the first time. In the provinces that have not implemented the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination and parallel volunteer, according to the principle of "voluntary priority, from high score to low score", the first volunteer candidate will be admitted first, and when the first volunteer candidate is insufficient, the subsequent volunteer candidates will be admitted, and so on.

(2) Professional volunteering:

1. General category: For provinces that have not implemented the comprehensive reform of college entrance examination, professional volunteers are allocated according to the principle of giving priority to scores. When the candidates' scores are not up to the professional volunteers reported by the candidates, if the candidates obey the professional adjustment, the school will adjust from high score to low score according to the candidates' cultural course scores to the majors whose enrollment plan has not been completed until the enrollment is full; Candidates will be dismissed if they don't obey the professional adjustment.

The admission principle of Shandong province's public-funded normal students: according to the total score of candidates from high to low, determine the admission major and targeted employment city. When the total scores of candidates are the same, compare the total scores of Chinese mathematics, the highest score of Chinese or mathematics subjects, the highest score of foreign language subjects, the highest score of selected subjects in grade examination, and the second highest score of selected subjects in grade examination in turn, and enroll from high to low.

The principle of general admission in Shandong Province: According to the total score of the college entrance examination and the wishes of candidates, students are admitted from high score to low score.

2. Art category:

(1) Shandong Province, fine arts major: Take advantage of the unified examination results of fine arts major in Shandong Province, and enroll candidates from high score to low score according to comprehensive scores; When the comprehensive scores are the same, priority is given to those with high professional scores. The admission principle of art majors for normal students at public expense in Shandong Province: the admission majors and employment cities are determined according to the professional achievements from high to low. When their professional scores are the same, those with high cultural scores in the college entrance examination (including policy points) will be given priority. Other provinces: use the unified examination results of relevant majors in relevant provinces, and the candidates who enter the file will be admitted from high score to low score according to the unified examination results of majors; When the scores of the professional unified examination are the same, those with high cultural scores (including policy scores) in the college entrance examination will be given priority.

(2) Shandong Calligraphy (Normal University) Major: Use the results of Shandong Calligraphy Joint Examination (Liaocheng University Platform). Candidates who enter the archives are admitted from high score to low score according to the comprehensive score of the archives.

(3) Shandong Music Major: Use the scores of Shandong Music Joint Examination (Jinan University platform). Candidates who enter the file are admitted from high scores to low scores according to their professional scores. Other provinces: use the unified examination results of relevant majors (categories) in relevant provinces, and the candidates who enter the file will be admitted from high score to low score according to the unified examination results of majors; When the scores of the professional unified examination are the same, those with high cultural scores (including policy scores) in the college entrance examination will be given priority. Shandong University: It recognizes the qualified scores of the same or similar majors in other undergraduate colleges, and enrolls candidates from high scores to low scores according to the cultural scores of the college entrance examination (including policy scores).

(4) Dance majors use the results of Shandong Dance Joint Examination (shandong youth university of political science Platform). Candidates who enter the file are admitted from high scores to low scores according to their professional scores; When the professional scores are the same, priority will be given to those with higher scores of cultural investment (including policy points).

(5) Dance (aerobics direction) majors use the results of the joint examination of aerobics in Shandong Province (platform of Shandong Institute of Physical Education). Candidates who enter the file are admitted from high scores to low scores according to their professional scores; When the professional scores are the same, priority will be given to those with higher scores of cultural investment (including policy points).

3. Physical education: Physical education major, ranking from high score to low score according to the comprehensive scores of candidates in Shandong Province.

Article 16 Other requirements:

1. foreign language: English majors require candidates' foreign language to be English; Candidates of other majors are not limited in language. But the public foreign language subject in our school is English (the school does not offer separate language courses for non-English language students).

2. Physical examination standard: According to the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination of Enrollment in Colleges and Universities (J.F. [2003] No.3) issued by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation and relevant supplementary regulations. Candidates who conceal their past medical history or commit other fraudulent acts will be dealt with seriously once they are found out, and those with serious circumstances will be disqualified from admission or school status.

Chapter VI Qualification Examination and Certificate Issuance

Article 19 Re-examination of freshmen: After registration, freshmen who pass the preliminary examination of admission qualifications are registered as students. According to the national regulations, the school will review the new students within three months after they enter the school, and after passing the examination, they will be officially enrolled. Those who fail the second interview will be dealt with by the school as the case may be, until the admission qualification is cancelled. If it is found in the review that some students have obtained their school status through fraud or malpractice, once verified, their school status will be cancelled, and if the circumstances are bad, they will be reported to the relevant departments for investigation. During the period of students' study in school, the management of student status shall be implemented in accordance with the Regulations on the Management of Ordinary Full-time Students in Qilu Normal University (Trial).

Article 20 Certificate issuance: After completing all the courses specified in the teaching plan within the specified number of years, Qilu Normal University will be awarded the graduation certificate of general higher education. Undergraduate graduates who meet the national and school degree-granting standards are awarded corresponding bachelor's degrees.

Chapter VII Supplementary Provisions

Twenty-first schools do not entrust any institutions or individuals to handle matters related to enrollment. The school will investigate the responsibility of institutions or individuals who carry out illegal enrollment publicity activities in the name of Qilu Normal University.

Article 22 If there is any conflict between the previous requirements and regulations of the school on enrollment and these Articles of Association, these Articles of Association shall prevail; If the Articles of Association is inconsistent with the relevant national policies, the relevant national and superior policies shall prevail. Matters not covered in this contract shall be handled in accordance with the relevant regulations of the superior.
