Literary Federation is the abbreviation of Writers and Artists Association, including writers and poets from all over the world, as well as artists or related groups such as calligraphy, fine arts, photography, drama, music, film and television, collection and appreciation. The Federation of Chinese Literary and Art Circles has developed very rapidly. At the beginning of the 20th century, it had tens of thousands of members from all walks of life, distributed in dozens of countries and regions around the world, and was by far the largest Chinese international literary and art group in the world.

The sponsors of the All-China Anti-Enemy Association of Literary and Art Circles include 97 representatives from all walks of life, and Sun Ke and Chen Lifu were elected honorary directors. There are 45 directors, including Guo Moruo, Mao Dun, Feng Naichao, Xia Yan, Hu Feng, Tian Han, Ding Ling, Lao She, Ba Jin, Zheng Zhenduo, Zhu Ziqing, Yu Dafu, Zhu Guangqian, Zhang Daofan, Yao Pengzi, Chen Xiying and Wang Pingling.

The Council elected Lao She as the director of the General Affairs Department to preside over the daily work of the Federation of Literary and Art Circles. The Literary Association has set up dozens of branches all over the country. From the publication of/kloc-0 on May 4th, 1938 to the final issue of/kloc-0 on May 4th, 1946, it has published 7 1 issue, which is the only publication during the whole anti-Japanese war.

The establishment of "Federation of Literary and Art Circles" marked the confluence of proletarian revolutionary literature, liberal literature and Kuomintang nationalist literature in the 1930s, and formed an anti-Japanese national united front in the literary world. This is the first and only major alliance in the history of modern literature that includes writers from both parties.
