Huang Shang
(1) Several counties along the Fuchun River, including Fuyang, Tonglu and Baisha (Jiande) in the upstream, almost all have a long street along the river. The main commercial shops are concentrated here. Some administrative organs and houses are mostly located behind the long street. Some river banks are connected with mountains, so there is little room for development. Emerging buildings can only expand to one side of the long street, and sometimes they must go up the mountain. I'm afraid this model is a common practice in all cities along the Yangtze River.
(2) Tonglu Street, starting from the highway station, extends eastward for about two or three miles. From the newly-built department stores and cinemas in the 1980s to the shops and institutions that have been built since the 1950s, as well as the old houses left over from 30 to 50 years ago, they are scattered and confronted on both sides of the strip. The traces left by the footsteps of these times, their contrast between the old and the new, and the contrast between the scale and style of buildings all show that the pace of slow progress has obviously accelerated day by day, especially in the last two or three years. When I came here the year before last, I didn't see the cinema. This is a new charming guest wearing new clothes from the 1980s. From the faces of people crowded around the advertising bar in front of the door, we can see excitement and concentration. Among them are children and middle-aged people; Both urban residents and rural men and women come to the city to carry the burden.
The cultural life of residents in such a small and medium-sized county is unexpectedly rich. Two or three years ago, in the auditorium on the mountain, I saw an advertisement for the performance of Jinhua Group. Now, Zhejiang Shao Opera Troupe is performing "Flame Mountain" there, which is the story of the Monkey King borrowing a banana fan three times. The fare is three, four and fifty cents. It seems a little higher than the play. In addition, Tonglu Yue Opera Troupe performs "Cry and Laugh" in the mountains, and the fare is 10 (children's ticket) to 30. Hotel Tongjiang Hotel has also opened a speaker bookstore, and a new publicity column of Tourism Bureau has been set up on the long street. This game has only recently appeared. It is in the former site of the Town God Temple at the end of Nantiao, and there is an old camphor tree with a tree age of hundreds of years in front of it. The Town God Temple is not in the city center, but is squeezed into a remote corner, which undoubtedly shows the characteristics of this mountain city with mountains and rivers. The three famous scenic spots in Tonglu are Scout, Diaoyutai and the newly discovered Yaolin Wonderland. This ancient underground maze has attracted thousands of tourists in recent years. On the day we came to Tonglu, I heard that it received 5000 tourists. This is not a small number. In contrast, the first two places will be left out in the cold, but I think these two places are more attractive in terms of the beauty of mountains and rivers and the historical atmosphere.
(4) In the afternoon when we arrived in Tonglu, we crossed the strip, arrived at Yu Liang Ferry, took the ferry to the foot of Scout Mountain, and then climbed the mountain. Compared with the first time two years ago, this mountain has also undergone great changes. The climbing stone steps have been paved and the Scout Temple is being renovated. Two or three elderly carpenters are carefully carving hollows in the main hall: Queti (1) has a pile of camphor wood plates in the corner of the hall, which exudes a faint fragrance. These pure decorative components installed at both ends of beams and columns outside the eaves have been carved into hollow figure pavilions by carpenters' skillful hands, and some of them have been added with colorful heavy colors, which are extremely complicated and exquisite. The statue in the temple is still chalk, with a pair of newly carved couplets with columns hanging on both sides, which are regular scripts of Meng, an old calligrapher in Shandong Province. Scout, an old man who collected herbs in ancient times, lived in the mountains. Medicine is always given to people, so people remember him. But he didn't like answering people's questions, and finally left no name. I don't know when it started. It is said that he became a Taoist priest and a fairy like an old gentleman. I was also shown the tung tree that he sat quietly in the shade every day. This tree is next to the cliff behind the temple. It is said that the ancient tung tree has long died, and now the tung tree has sprouted from its original roots and grown more than ten feet gracefully.
When we go down the mountain, cross the river and set foot on the strip, it will be too late. The vendors in the street have already dispersed, leaving only an elderly farmer sitting on the stone steps by the roadside, holding a beautifully woven semi-old bamboo basket and a nickname in his hand. When I approached, I was pleasantly surprised to find a basket full of cherries, as crystal clear as pearls. I really haven't eaten cherries for a long time. This kind of fruit is rare in fruit shops in cities. Its output is small, out of season and can't stand long storage. No wonder it's hard to find its trace. It seems to appear only in the poet's works, and the return of cherry attracted Li Houzhu's sigh; Red cherries and green plantains are also put forward as arguments that streamers are easy to dump people. Poets seem to regret the shortness of spring without exception and try their best to keep it. When they saw the petals falling on the spider's web outside the eaves, they realized sensitively that the spider was actually his comrade-in-arms and was also making ineffective efforts to retain spring. In their view, the appearance of cherries is only a signal that spring has passed. In fact, why is this? Late spring and early summer is a more abundant, solid, vigorous and full of vitality season, and it is also a season for human beings to work hard.
Qi Baishi painted a poem for Rong Baozhai. A tall crystal plate is filled with bright red cherries, and each pancake is decorated with a thin handle. It's really a fiery red, full of the power of life that is going to generate and erupt. The old painter gave cherry a brand-new explanation. In his view, it should be a symbol of greater gains in the future. I can't help but admire Qi Baishi's insight and courage. His pen swept away the sad atmosphere that had condensed around cherries for many years. His inscription on the corner was the color of his daughter's mouth, and suddenly it was associated with the girl's lips from cherries.
Nowadays, not all the cherries in the old lady's basket are red, but some are milky white with light green and light yellow. Maybe they are different varieties or not fully mature. Anyway, we bought a bunch and ate while walking. Some are slightly sour, and the sweetness is weak. In this way, I ate while walking, and when I approached the old camphor tree, I ate it all.
