Brief introduction of Maisler

Meisile (English: Mae Salong or Santikhiri, Thai: or? ), located in Chiang Rai, northern Thailand, is an important tea production base and tourist destination in Thailand, and is known as "Spring City of Thailand" and "China Village". Many officers and men of the 93rd Division of the Independent Army of Northern Thailand and their descendants live in this mountainous area of Northern Thailand, where there are five Thai ethnic minorities besides Chinese [1]. The Foreign Land written by Bai Yang, a famous writer in Taiwan Province, and the film Foreign Land directed by Zhu Yanping are both stories about the self-reliance and tenacious struggle of China people living in foreign countries. Although they are in a foreign country, we can still see their sincere patriotism. The cemeteries there all face north, because it is their hometown-China.
