How can adults look good when they practice handwriting?

It is a habit for adults to write ugliness when they were young. You can improve your writing by practicing three steps. First of all, the first step is to correct your pen posture. Writing is wrist strength, not finger movement. It is difficult to control the movement of the pen, which will lead to crooked words and unsmooth strokes.

The second step is to practice every stroke of Chinese characters: Chinese characters have a history of 5000 years, and our current Chinese characters are all square and composed of one stroke and one painting. To write a good hand, you must practice every stroke.

Finally, practice copybooks: I personally recommend describing regular script, and you can use copybooks from Liu Gongquan or Yan Zhenqing. Writing is ugly, don't practice running script or cursive script.
