Yang Mingzhe (193 1~), formerly known as Heizi and under the pen name Liu Yang, is an English word. Henan Xin 'an people. 1988 graduated from China Correspondence College of Painting and Calligraphy. Vice President of Handa University of Calligraphy and Painting in China, Western Henan, Dean of Luoyang Correspondence College of Calligraphy and Painting, Dean of Yuxi Calligraphy and Painting Research Institute, Deputy Director of Education of Luoyang Calligraphers Association, Member of Henan Calligraphers Association, Director of China Calligraphers Association and Researcher of China Calligraphers Association. His works were exhibited in many provinces and cities and won the gold medal in the Central Plains Calligraphy Competition. He has won the third prize in the first national mass calligraphy competition, the first national Shaolin Kung Fu Cup China Famous Artists Invitational Exhibition, the national famous artists exhibition and the Sanqing Cup China Famous Artists Exhibition. More than 2,000 painting and calligraphy talents have been trained for the western part of Luoyang. Biographies were compiled into China Dictionary of Modern Calligraphy Names and Who's Who of Contemporary Art in China.
