Nantang Old Street

Nantang Old Street in Ningbo is located outside the south gate of the ancient city of Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, where the descendants of Yuan Xie, a famous scholar in the Song Dynasty, live. The planning and design of the first phase of Nantang Old Street focuses on catering and food, and at the same time revives and inherits some old-fashioned merchants in Ningbo; The second phase is dominated by the architectural style of Jiangnan residential buildings in Ming and Qing Dynasties, interspersed with the architecture of the Republic of China, with traditional architectural sketches such as stage, octagonal pavilion and wind and rain gallery. Nantang Old Street runs north and south, bounded by Zuguanshan Road, and divided into South Street and North Street. Among them, North Street takes traditional culture as the keynote, commerce as the content and urban tourism as the development direction, while South Street takes "urban leisure" as the concept, highlighting leisure life.
drum tower

Drum Tower, also known as Haishu Building, is the only remaining architectural site of the ancient city in Ningbo. Its lower part is the traditional tower style of China, but above the tower is the bell tower in Roman style, which combines Chinese and western styles and has a unique style. Nowadays, the Drum Tower is surrounded by an antique pedestrian street, and Ningbo special snacks such as Youzanzi are worth a try. Nowadays, the Drum Tower and the nearby Park Road have become the gathering place of major cultural activities in Ningbo, and art exhibitions, calligraphy exhibitions and photography exhibitions are often held in the building. Xuedou mountain scenic spot

Gantong ancient town

Town God's Temple

Lao the bund

Ningbo Old Bund, located in Jiangbei District, the north bank of Sanjiangkou (the confluence of Yongjiang River, Fenghua River and Yuyao River) in Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, is the gateway to the ancient city of Ningbo. It was one of the four major ports in China in Tang Dynasty, and became the starting point of Jian Zhen's eastward crossing. During the Southern Song Dynasty, it was one of the three major ports in China. The old Bund in Ningbo is somewhat similar to the Bund in Shanghai, but it is more exquisite. It's very pleasant to visit here, pat old buildings, or find a small shop to sit down and have a drink. It's very quiet here during the day. Tourists in twos and threes wander the streets, and you can often see new people taking wedding photos here. In the evening, the streets are very lively, and the bars are full of euphemistic songs. Walk to the river, enjoy the charming night at the mouth of the Three Rivers, and it is romantic to walk with your lover. Every summer, Yongjiang River is also a good place to enjoy the cool.
Yushan islands

Known as "the first fishing ground in Asia", Yushan Islands is located in Xiangshan County, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, 27 nautical miles (about 45 kilometers) southeast of Shipu, with many islands and reefs and clear water. Yushan Archipelago is located in the intersection of North and South ocean currents, and is rich in fish, shellfish and algae resources, including more than 300 kinds of marine specialties. Yushan Islands is a good place for leisure, holiday, sea fishing, swimming, camping and shellfish catching. Air-raid shelters can be seen everywhere on the island, and the scenic spots are: lighthouse, fairy bridge, broken city top, war preparation cave, fishing village and so on. On nights with many tourists, there are often bonfire barbecue parties.
Moon Lake Park

Yuehu Lake is a crescent lake in the center of Ningbo. It used to be an urban landscape where scholars sat and talked about Tao in the Song and Ming Dynasties, but now it is an important green lung of Ningbo. Although it is not as famous as Hangzhou West Lake, its status in Ningbo is just like Hangzhou West Lake. The lake is dotted with quadrangles and old houses, and walking on weekends is very leisurely. There are islands such as Fangcaozhou, Liuting, Song Dao and Zhou Juhua in Yuehu Lake, some of which are connected by bridges, while others are completely connected by land. The winding banks of the lake, the old people playing chess under the weeping willows, and the ancient buildings hidden in the trees are in sharp contrast with the busy streets around them. Liuting Street crosses the lake, just dividing Yuehu into two areas, north and south, dotted with many relics and old houses. Many of these old houses are used as office space, which can't be visited, and some have been transformed into exhibition halls, which can be visited. There is no fence around Moon Lake. This is a completely open park. As long as there is a road, you can enter. Suitable for wandering around at will, no need to set a schedule.
Dongqian Lake

Dongqian Lake is located in the southeast suburb of Ningbo, and its area is three or four times larger than that of Hangzhou West Lake. However, various toll attractions have been developed along the Dongqian Lake, which looks a little cheaper. If you want to enjoy the beautiful scenery of Dongqian Lake, you can spend money to visit scenic spots, while young people prefer cycling around the lake, enjoying the scenery and taking photos. There are many scenic spots along Dongqian Lake, such as Xiaoputuo, Taogong Island, Fuquan Mountain, Southern Song Dynasty Stone Carving Site Park, Youngor Zoo and so on. There are also some natural villages and small parks. Usually, you will spend a day or two on weekends to choose a few interesting sightseeing projects, but you won't visit all the scenic spots. There are many bus lines around Dongqian Lake, and it is almost convenient to reach major scenic spots.
