Li Zeng (1874 ~ 1933), the speaker of the Consultation Bureau of Yunnan Province, is a descendant of Li Fajia, the seventh ancestor governor of Chengjiang, Hunan Province. He was born in, a native of Lifu Street, Fenglu Town, Chengjiang County. He was an alcoholic and good at calligraphy, and was known as a unique skill in the south.
