How did I come up with the idea of writing this book? In my years of calligraphy practice, I found that the writing of Chinese characters, which could have been used to exercise people's psychology, has become a difficulty for people, especially the "burden" of primary and secondary school students, thus affecting their study and physical and mental health. The key is that the posture of holding a pen and holding a pen is not uniform, and people write "two strokes". It is often said that "pen writing is good, brush writing is not good" and "brush writing is good, pen writing is not necessarily good"! Many students are tired of writing and studying. From 65438 to 0997, he was hired as a "hard pen calligraphy teacher" by Southern Middle School Art School. I think as a writing job, I should respond to President Jiang's call and contribute to the quality education of teenagers. During my six-year career as an "amateur teacher" from 65438 to 0997 to 2002, I made careful observation and comparative analysis in my teaching after studying Chairman Jiang's articles on creation and combining the spirit of learning "Theory of Three Represents". In addition, I reviewed Mao Zedong's works "On Practice" and "On Contradiction", and then I found a way from a large number of calligraphy theory in ancient and modern times. After repeatedly studying some works about creativity, learning and psychology, from practice to teaching, from teaching to theory, from theory to practice, I finally found a way to solve the learning burden of primary and secondary school students:
(1) Six groups of "fifty-six strange points" which can be used for psychological relaxation were found from the "stones of other mountains" in acupuncture and moxibustion of traditional Chinese medicine.
(2) Su Dongpo found "Su Dongpo's writing style" from the ancients.
(3) Find a "five-pointed star practice method" to train simple Chinese characters from the flying national flag. It has benefited more than 1000 primary and secondary school students and won unanimous praise from parents and schools! It has been initially recognized by the society. Let me briefly introduce these three "secret recipes" to reduce the burden on teenagers.
First, the "56 strange points" are the secret recipe of our Chinese nation and a sharp weapon to "reduce the burden" on teenagers' psychology.
There are many experiences in the excellent traditional Chinese medicine culture in ancient China that can serve our social development and national rejuvenation today. Among them, the "56 strange points" in acupuncture and moxibustion are one of the treasures of this excellent culture. The "56 strange points" I refer to can be found in many Chinese medicine health massage books. They are three groups of acupoints, namely, Ten Kings on the hand, Ten Xuans and Eight Guans, and three groups of acupoints, namely, Ten Eccentrics, Ten Jues and Eight Fists on the foot. The meridian positions of the "Fifty-six Strange Points" are the top and starting and ending points of the twelve meridians, namely, Hand Sanyang, Hand Yin San, Foot Sanyang and Foot Yin San. If pinched properly, it will have the function of dredging meridians. This "56 strange point" is located at the junction of dynamic and static microvascular networks, and it is one of the important microcirculation places of human body. Moderate kneading and stimulation can regulate the microcirculation and endocrine of human body. This "56 strange point" is also a place where human nerve endings are slightly concentrated. Its fingertips have special sensors, which is the psychological corresponding position of brain motion perception. Moderate pinch stimulation helps to relax the nerve center of the brain and coordinate the balance between the hands and feet of the brain.
It has been proved in many years' practice that "Fifty-six Strange Points" have the following functions: (1) It is used to relax the whole body fatigue during study. When students feel tired in their study, sitting in a chair and pressing "56 strange points" can relax the whole body and make them feel tired (2) Relieve the tension in the study class. When middle school students feel uncomfortable with their head, back, waist and legs due to nervousness, they feel relaxed after pressing "56 strange points". (3) Overcome the psychological obstacles in writing, so that students can have flexible fingers and wrists, command freely and feel good when writing. (4) It can be used for psychological consultation. As a psychologist, people pinch "56 strange points" while doing psychological consultation, so that they feel physically comfortable and psychologically relieved, which can eliminate students' "psychological conflict" emotions. (5) Balance the learning function of the left and right brain. After relaxing the "56 strange points", both hands can easily write Chinese characters. At this time, their eyes, brains and hands are balanced, their learning efficiency is greatly improved, their logical thinking and image thinking abilities are greatly strengthened, and it is easy for students to concentrate on their studies. (6) Enhance people's self-confidence. After a period of relaxation of "56 strange points", students' physical quality has been improved, and they are full of energy, and all aspects of nature have been improved. (7) "56 eccentricities" can improve students' character. After pressing "56 strange points", acupuncture is actually used to treat psychological disorders, so that hyperactive students' hands and feet are controlled and boring students begin to become cheerful. These points are well received by parents and schools. Using "56 strange points" among students can be used as a kind of "health care common sense" for psychological relaxation, so that they can know that the implementation of these points is simple, easy to learn, safe and effective. The discovery of this "56 strange points" is only the result of my exploration in excellent national culture, which is used for hand massage when students write and relaxation and health care when they study.
Secondly, "Su Dongpo's Calligraphy" is the crystallization of the Chinese nation's "Chopsticks Culture", so we should use "China Calligraphy" to write Chinese characters.
For many years, primary and secondary school students have been following the "European" writing method, emphasizing that "three fingers Qi Li, the pen naturally falls in the tiger's mouth", learning the pencil first, and then learning the pen. After years of observation, I found that many primary schools suffered serious physical and mental injuries in this way. Because pencils are brittle and easy to break, primary school students are psychologically nervous and dare not break pencils or use force; Pencils are easy to wear, which makes it difficult for primary school students to master the nib and die too hard; The change of pencil center of gravity affects posture. Lead to staggered sitting posture of primary school students and eye injuries. In the third grade, you have to go through a difficult process to get used to the pen ... why? It's actually quite simple. The thumb position is too low, which causes students to lie on the table in order to see the pen tip clearly. As a result of overexertion, it is easy to be "too tired to lie on the table", and some students hate writing and learning.
In brush calligraphy, there has always been a saying that there is no fixed method for writing, and so is pen calligraphy. Just remember (1) that the pen tip should be long; (2) Fingers should be flexible; (3) Sit naturally and relax, and you can hold the pen well. The European writing method of "three fingers Qi Li, the pen naturally falls into the tiger's mouth" is more suitable for writing pinyin characters with letters as the main body, and cursive writing of Chinese characters can be used. Primary school students who have just started learning regular script are not applicable! The key point of Su Dongpo's brushwork is not to hold the middle finger, index finger and thumb at one point. The first third of the pen is supported by the concave surface of the second phalanx of the middle finger, only slightly pinched with the fingertip. The back third of the pen falls on the concave surface of the third phalanx of the index finger, the whole index finger is wound around the middle third of the pen, and the thumb falls on the midpoint of this third, which is half of the whole pen. This kind of writing is quite close to holding a pen, just like Su Dongpo's three-fingered method refers to writing small characters with a brush. This way of writing is easy for China people who sweep chopsticks and eat metal plates: when people eat with chopsticks, they are "practicing the basic skills of writing". You can simply imagine that "those chopsticks have a pen on the top and a brush on the bottom", and you can understand the relationship between pen characters and brush characters. When they relax, they fully mobilize their middle finger, index finger and thumb. -"Three fingers Qi Li, the pen naturally falls into the tiger's mouth" method, the three fingers are hard, the feeling of "remembering words" with the wrist is rough, and the whole body is very tired, which leads to students' poor learning mood and low memory efficiency, which naturally affects learning efficiency. In addition, the pen shakes greatly, and the words are naturally poor. Eyes staring at the pen tip are easy to get tired, and both body and mind and eyes are hurt. This European-style pen tip is more and more harmful to primary and secondary school students. -Many cultural experts in the world have commented that China and Japanese are smart because they use chopsticks. People in China were the first to use chopsticks, so they created the calligraphy of writing hieroglyphs with a brush, which was related to chopsticks. These hands, which use chopsticks flexibly, have created many excellent cultures. When people are like "holding chopsticks", they can still write Chinese characters with a pen when their fingers are relaxed and their fingers are relaxed. We should return to tradition and carry it forward.
In many years of teaching practice, in order to make students remember and learn, I compiled a song "Tipen" for students, which made primary school students accept this new concept in the form of three-character classics, and made Tipen a "tool" for students to "reduce their burden". I compiled this song "Writing Songs" into the book "Five-pointed Star Chinese Character Touch Training Course for Primary and Secondary School Students"!
Third, the magical "five-pointed star training method" is a simple psychological training of Chinese characters, which can promote the memory ability of learning to write Chinese characters and improve students' interest in learning to write.
Whenever people see the national flag raised in Ran Ran, the bright five-star red flag will cheer people up! The five-pointed star is the simplest and most perfect geometric pattern. When people draw a five-pointed star, they will find that its rhythm is the same as the feel of Chinese characters! So, after I was inspired by the golden five-star in the national anthem, I devoted myself to the study of the five-pointed star.
After long-term research, I found that the "angles" between many Chinese characters are different. For example, the angle between strokes is like drawing a five-pointed star. Chinese characters are a "face" formed by line movements, while people form a "three-dimensional image" in their minds. In Chinese characters, the "geometric face" formed by lines that change up and down and left and right is similar to the "geometric face" formed by lines that change up and down and left and right when drawing a five-pointed star. Chinese characters require a balanced center of gravity and exaggerated posture, similar to the balanced regular pentagon and angles extending in five directions in a five-pointed star. They also have the beauty of golden section, and the geometric patterns of five-pointed stars have the same aesthetic taste as Chinese characters. This point was confirmed by students in later teaching. The posture, shape, speed and beauty of the Chinese characters they wrote are very similar to the five-pointed stars they drew. Whoever draws the five-pointed star well and has a fast pace, his handwriting looks good, writes quickly and has high learning efficiency!
We ancients have long said that "calligraphy and painting are of the same origin." When people finish drawing the five-pointed star with a pen, it can be said that they have been trained in writing. The five-pointed star has two kinds of feel from five o'clock, clockwise and counterclockwise, and there are ten different painting methods. If the notes between every two points change with different lines and angles, there are many permutations and combinations, just like "there are no identical characters in Chinese characters", which is also in line with the changes in the feel of various calligraphy styles in China's calligraphy! When we practice overlapping one side of the five-pointed star with the horizontal, vertical, left, right, convex and hook of Chinese characters, we can eliminate the boredom of simple strokes. In the long-term teaching of students, it has proved that it is deeply loved by students, and therefore it has cultivated their ability to write Chinese characters correctly.
In the writing of Chinese characters, the ancients told us that only by "thinking first" can we write calligraphy well. When we do a lot of five-pointed star stroke training, there will be a phenomenon of "writing one stroke and knowing the next four strokes", which is called "proficiency" in psychology. This shows that the practice of the five-pointed star is helpful to the writing of Chinese characters. In my teaching, students draw a large number of five-pointed stars, which will lead to "creativity". Students can write Chinese characters well as long as they are relaxed and serious, which greatly reduces their psychological burden! On the other hand, everyone likes to draw a five-pointed star, which is characterized by teenagers' love, so that they can master the writing rules of Chinese characters in happy and relaxed practice, and there is no interference from the pronunciation of Chinese characters on the writing touch. At the same time, after a lot of practice, people can "combine their brains with their hands" and improve their writing speed. In the process of drawing a five-pointed star, after a lot of easy training, the students' eyes are fixed on the pen tip, the tactile control and memory ability are enhanced, and the tactile and visual synaesthesia are effectively connected. When their eyes are closed and focused on a five-pointed star, they can scan flexibly at the same time, which enhances their ability to recognize Chinese character frames, and their visual intuition becomes beneficial visual perception, that is, brain images. When I suggest students with the beneficial psychology of "draw a five-pointed star on your word" and "your word is a five-pointed star", their writing ability will be revealed in training! -I believe that in the near future, this simple "five-pointed star training method" will enable many primary and middle school students to have the tireless ability of "reading thousands of books every day" like our excellent ancient writers, politicians and military strategists, and contribute to the rejuvenation of China!
In my years of amateur pen calligraphy teaching, I have been able to teach a person to write easily and correctly in five minutes, and then tell him "fifty-six strange points", "Su Dongpo's writing method" and "five-pointed star training" They achieved remarkable results after blindfolding 100 hours! And the writing speed of Chinese characters is accelerated and beautiful! 3-6-year-old children complete Chinese character feel training in 6 months; Students in grades one to six can correct their mistakes in three months and write Chinese characters quickly and well; Junior and senior high school students can achieve great results in just one month. They can all write and draw five-pointed stars with both hands. Writing Chinese characters with both hands can make Chinese characters more widely used in the world, because half of foreigners write with their left hands, so that our primary and secondary school students' right brains can be balanced and creative!
These three "secret recipes" for reducing the burden on teenagers are the results of my years of practice on students. I organically combined these three "secret recipes" and achieved very good social benefits and amazing results: many students won prizes in calligraphy competitions at all levels. Both hands can write Chinese characters. The speed of writing Chinese characters in junior and senior high schools is 0.6 seconds per word, and the speed of primary school students is 0.6- 1 second per word. After three months of training, their mental outlook has changed and their academic performance has been greatly improved! -I firmly believe that in the next few years, it will play a huge role in revitalizing the city through science and education! These are the three "secret recipes" I have explored from our excellent national culture. The study of "56 strange points" has far-reaching significance: excellent acupuncturists in ancient China used it to cure "evil", which will have a miraculous effect on radical cure of "Qigong exorcism", psychological obstacles, detoxification and sub-health rehabilitation, and it is worth my energy to study in the second half of my life, and I will promote it to the society in the form of popular science! "Su Dongpo's Writing Method" and "Five-pointed Star Training Method" are effective in cultivating the quality of young people, and I will further improve them! I think everyone is an ordinary water drop in this society. The party and the people, like bright sunshine and the sky, reflect colorful light on me, as dazzling as diamonds.
