"Qigong": The main chapter: Small passengers live firmly in the floating building of Xiaojin bronze camel pavilion.

Small passenger

1958, after Qigong was classified as "Rightist", the economy was very poor. The couple's monthly living expenses are only 15 yuan, so they can't afford a spacious house. With the consent of his younger brother Zhang Baoheng, his wife Zhang Baochen moved from No.4 Heizhima Hutong 14 in Dongcheng District to No.86 Hinayana Lane in Xizhimen, and lived in two small south rooms in Zhang Baochen's younger brother's house. Since then, Qi Gong has lived in his brother-in-law's house as a guest for more than 20 years. He used to be a "little passenger" at this moment. (Hou Gang's "Qi Gong")

Qigong's life in Cheng Xiao Lane is hard. He has to bear not only mental pressure, but also economic burden. After the Rightists came the Cultural Revolution, and these twenty years were spent in turmoil, poverty and disease. He once wrote: "living in an alley, there are two houses, one foot on each side." Facing the coal shop in the south, I want to shake it every time I see it. "There is another poem:" After the rain, the east wall bulges in the west, and my bed leans against the wall. "I have studied the right army for many years, and now I will be Wang Yizhen."

A glimpse of the building

198 1 At the end, Beijing Normal University arranged a dormitory for Qigong to stay temporarily. A year later, it moved into the sixth floor of Liu Hong, when Qigong was over 70. Liu Hong Building is a two-story dormitory building built for Soviet experts in 1950s. Later, it was assigned to the old teacher to live on the upper and lower floors. Qigong lives in four rooms on the west side of the building. Although the building is old, it is much better than the two small south houses in Hinayana Lane. There is a tall French phoenix tree in front of the building, and its crown flutters with the wind. As the sun sets, the sun quickly passes by the window through the gap. Qigong is dubbed "a glimpse of the building". He said modestly that his research knowledge is not deep, and everything he learned is superficial, such as passing clouds. For more than 20 years, he has been studying, preparing lessons, writing books, drawing, receiving friends and giving lessons to graduate students in this "floating building", which also reflects his mental journey of studying and being an artist and his deep feelings for Beijing Normal University.
