Huayang is a professional painter and seal engraver in Ningxia Painting and Calligraphy Institute. Ren Zhongxue, who has been teaching for several years, was once rated as a national art education post expert by the Ministry of Education, and in 2000, he was rated as an excellent national art education teacher. He is now a member of Xiling Printing Society, Zhongnan Printing Society, China Calligraphers Association and Ningxia Artists Association, and a member of the Calligraphy Group of the National College Art Festival.
Studied under the famous calligraphers,,,,, Sun Qifeng, Liu Jiang,, Yang Luan,, Wu,. He studied with Ou Yangxun in the Tang Dynasty, specializing in regular script and learning other styles.
