Xue Yao in the Tang Dynasty was the ancestor of Shoujin. Xue Yao studied Chu Suiliang. He was thin and hard, with a fine pen and a smooth structure, but he was more dangerous and slender than Chu Shu. Instead of imitating the Book of Chu step by step, he made full use of it, created something, became a habit and became the last stream of the Book of Chu. Preface to Shi Li's Summer Poems is Xue Yao's masterpiece and one of the inscriptions on the cliff of Shicong River. Shicong River Cliff Stone Carving is the largest Cliff Stone Carving in Henan Province. It was carved on March 19th of the first year, and it is divided into two parts: Poems on Summer Vacation and Preface to Autumn Banquet. Both calligraphers are Xue Yao, whose calligraphy is thin and vigorous, and they are called "the father of thin gold body" by calligraphers of past dynasties. Xue Yao's calligraphy was later studied by Song Huizong, and finally created a unique "thin gold book" style.

Song Huizong's calligraphy strokes are thin and hard. Compared with Xue Yao's ci in Tang Dynasty, it is the closest. Perhaps Evonne came from Xue Yao's poem Shi Li, but his writing is obviously much more mature than Xue Yao's. This is a very mature calligraphy style, and Evonne gave full play to its artistic personality. This kind of thin, crisp and elegant calligraphy style, with a side like orchid bamboo, requires extremely high calligraphy skill and self-restraint, as well as a calm mind to complete. Of course, it is not easy for others to imitate. There are many descendants who learn from his books, but few who get his bone marrow are like the morning star. Once imitated "Bo Jin Shu" and inscribed famous calligraphy and painting of Song Dynasty in "Ming Chang Nei Fu", such as You Chuntu, the wife of Zhang, who was copied, with delicate brushwork and poor form and quality [3].

There are many shoujinti works handed down from ancient times, among which the famous ones are regular script money, stone, iron, peony wind and frost, Daguan Monument, Qing Yu Wanshou Palace Zhao, shoujinti cursive script money Wen Zi and so on. At the age of twenty-three, Evonne wrote a thousand words in regular script for treacherous court official Tong Guan. At this time, the thin gold body has begun to take shape, and the cursive script with thousands of characters was written by Song Huizong in his forties, which belongs to wild grass, and his brushwork is free and easy, which shows his profound calligraphy skill. Most of the thin gold books are in small print, while Fang Shi is a masterpiece of thin gold books, which is dripping with water, sharp-edged and full of lofty sentiments and unique charm.

Evonne's Bo Jin Shu is an original creation in the history of calligraphy, as Tao's Book History Society in Ming Dynasty praised: "The brushwork pursues strength, which means nature, so it must be sought." Song Zhou Mi's "Miscellaneous Collection of Returned Hearts and Miscellanies of Bianliang" records: "Dingding Monument, thin gold edition. In the old imperial city, when people were building walls and digging, they suddenly saw a huge stone tablet with a double dragon on it and a turtle's head held high, which was very beautiful, just a thin gold tablet. " Yuan Liuguan's comment on fan poetry: "Fan shadow has gone with Luan shadow, leaving a thin book." Liang Qing painted "The Picture of General Xiao Li": "Pucheng Zhou was transported to the same place, and his family kept old paintings. At the beginning of the scroll, there is a nine-character announcement and a thin gold book' Li Zhaodao Haitian Rising Sun', and there is an imperial decree. " Zhao Mengfu commented on Song Huizong's thin golden body: "The so-called thin golden body is beautiful and interesting."
