5. Special circumstances shall be discussed and decided by the National Defense Academic Committee.

(2) Defense preparation

1. Defence team

The defense team is generally composed of three to five people, more than two of whom should have senior or intermediate titles, and a member with higher academic level should be appointed as the team leader to be responsible for the convening of the defense team.
