The Wudang Cultivation Secret Book

1. If you say I am upside down, I will be upside down. There is a root cause for being upside down. One, three, and three are turned upside down, and three and three overlap for nine days. There are nine truths above the nine heavens, and the nine truths return to one yuan. The number of yin and yang qi is created by nature, and if it goes smoothly, it will lead to mortal life and if it goes against it, it will lead to immortality.

2. The mysterious pot in the sky produces green wine, and the underground jade pond produces red flowers. Green wine and red flowers are medicine for thousands of years. Drinking and watching the flowers will make you immortal.

3. Xuannv wine in the sky, Queen Mother peach in the underground. Drink wine and eat fairy peaches, and eat three meals a day to get a treasure. 1. Keep Wudang Mountain in mind, the peak is in front of you. It is difficult to learn Wudang Quan without entering Xuanyue Sect. (Going to the mountain to worship ancestors) 2. Taiyi Divine Sword Gate, the mystery is in the words. Writing is like boxing, and writing is like practicing martial arts. Enlightenment comes naturally, there is no need to learn routines. (Recognize the door)

Second door seal (2): 1. Express sword spirit in writing, and shine in painting. 2. Trying to do something will eventually lead to helplessness, and the method will naturally lead to enlightenment and enlightenment. The above two seals are the treasures of this gate. They were originally made of copper but have been lost long ago. They are now replaced by stone carvings. The size is similar to the original. These two seals were originally signed on the first and last pages of the Wudang Boxing Sect. The omnipotent God is called God, and the omnipotent God is called wonderful. The first thing that precedes heaven and earth is omnipotence. All things in the world are omnipotent. Being is the source of energy, and energy is the result of being. Cultivation and martial arts training are all based on this, which must be understood.

The way of martial arts is to seek your own strength first, and then show your external abilities. Therefore, the ancients said: "Practice in martial arts without practicing martial arts is like a lamp without oil. You are blindly groping in the darkness, and you will never know your way as you are lost." Shenjian Sect is mainly based on practicing martial arts, and boxing is the last. Kung Fu must be practiced internally, without form or image, subtle or subtle, without words or words. If there are images, it will be chaotic, and if there are frames, it will be sluggish. This is what is called silently and secretly working hard. There are many types of Kung, which are listed as follows: the first is called Tianyan Kung, the second is called Vipassana Kung Fu, the third is called Five Yang Kung, the fourth is called Five Yin Kung, the fifth is called Five Yin and Five Yang Taihe Kung, the sixth is called Five Divine Kung, and the seventh is called Kung Fu. Five Qigong, eight is called Five Thunder Kung, nine is called Lightning Kung, ten is called Five Sound Kung, eleven is called Four Light Kung, and twelve is called Tai Sui Kung. Only when you are successful can you practice sword practice. The swords include the Seven Star Sword (Tiangang Sword), the Immortal Sword, and the God Sword. To achieve the ultimate in performance, use your hands instead of swords. All strength lies in the hands. The five gods live on the back of the hand (five backs), the five qi are distributed in the palms (six palms), and the five powers are exerted on the fingers (ten xuan). You must know that Wudang Zhenwu grinds the needle well, knows that the stone on the bridge of Xiaojian River, and the iron pestle grinds the embroidery needle , work will come naturally. This is the true secret of Wudang. I teach you and others that you must realize it consciously. Tao is the right way. Evil is a side door. The righteous path is the path of human cultivation to immortality. At the side door, Bai Ling begs for help. There is a method for the right path, and there is a technique for the side path. They should not be confused. Lu Dongbin said: "This life is hard to come by, but it is now attained. The great road is difficult to understand, but it is now clear. If this life is not saved in the next life, why should we spend it in this life?" This means that one has to know how to save the human body after three lives. It proves the difference between people and Bailing seeking Tao.

To seek the right path is to seize the natural energy of heaven and earth, follow the laws of heaven and earth, follow the four seasons, and know day and night.

Bailing seeks evil ways, seizes people's original yang, and sucks people's essence and blood. There are many kinds of art of Bailing, and the law of seeking Tao is only natural. The art of Bai Ling talks about appearance, which is easily understood by ordinary people. The magic of immortality seeks inner gain, which often attracts the contempt of ordinary people. As Lao Tzu said: "When a corporal hears the Tao, he laughs. If he doesn't laugh, he doesn't understand the Tao." That's what it means.

The art of Bai Ling is like the attraction of turtles and snakes. Turtles suck with their ears, and snakes suck with their tongues. Like a dragon listening to the palm, the fish nature is at the tail. Kun fish can transform into a roc, and a rat standing can transform into a bat shape. Although there are many tricks, it is still difficult to be humane. Therefore, there are many clever techniques, using anesthesia to cure patients, and using stupor to deceive people into unconsciousness. What looks like Tao is not Tao, what looks like Dharma is illegal. The slightest difference between right and wrong is a thousand miles away. It inspires you for a while, but it will harm you in the future. Entrusting witch doctors to pretend to be gods and ghosts, saints do not talk about using strange powers to abuse gods. How can Taoists ignore this? The sage is sage than human beings. He knows everything, and self-knowledge in the midst of ignorance is true knowledge. Immortals are before humans, and they are aware of everything. Being aware of something without being aware of it is true enlightenment. The ancient sages knew and then understood; the ancient sages understood and then learned the law. After understanding, you will get it, and the method will be completed later. Obtaining things and accomplishing their tasks, from the innate world to the acquired world, although the two are different, they are still the same.

The sage knows the truth and writes books to establish it. Immortals have found their way and cultivate both internally and externally. It is difficult to understand the principles without sages, and the ways cannot be practiced without immortals. Reason comes from nature, and Tao comes from nature. Although there are limitations, there are limits, and education can be used to change customs. Nature is boundless, manifesting the hidden and the subtle through creation. Education is tangible and publicized externally. Creation is intangible, and cultivation is within. Using the tangible to refine the intangible is called cultivation. Where is it really? Just in the human body, there is essence everywhere, there is Qi everywhere, and there is spirit everywhere. Essence is used to transform Qi, and Qi is used to transform Spirit. God returns to the void and regenerates essence. How to practice? It is said that the law of heaven makes the earth, and the law of heaven changes with the number of days, and the earth is born with the energy of the earth. Seek nothingness from existence, seek existence from nothingness, which is called the mutual generation of existence and non-being (from Laozi). There are cliffs, and there are no cliffs, and there are cliffs, and there are cliffs.

Using time to find space and integrating it into one body is called true oneness. Like a sage who teaches tirelessly and proceeds step by step. Just like an immortal performing meritorious deeds. Success will come true. It can be said that it is a saint or it can be said that it is an immortal. There is a couplet in the Ancestral Temple of Lu's ancestors that says: "To be called a teacher is also to be called an ancestor, which is both Taoism and Confucianism." It shows that saints and immortals come to the same destination through different paths. Is it a saint or an immortal? Is it the combination of saints and immortals? The Tao is self-aware. Human beings have limbs on the outside and life on the inside. The limbs are born from parents, and the life is given by God. When he was born, he was innocent and everything was normal. As we age, it becomes distorted over time. In addition, the climate of the four seasons, the rise and fall of yin and yang, the birth and death of all things, the transformation of limbs, and changes all the time. Emotional and active, frequent in affairs. Because of the unexpected events in the sky and disasters in people, medical science was born.

Medical science is profound and easier said than done. Doctors must know the way of heaven and earth and practice it themselves. Only then can we use the technique of strengthening the righteousness and removing the evil. From oneself to others, we can recover from disasters and save them, and don't ignore the trivial medical skills, which really have the power to restore the world. For example, many famous doctors in ancient times practiced medicine based on Taoism. The fact that Ge Hongtong's alchemy skills can cure people's diseases is a clear proof. Just because of the different eras, the medical methods are different. In ancient times, the technique of using Bianstone needles evolved into today's acupuncture. In the Middle Ages, people used to feel the pulse and ask questions, which evolved into today's massage. In modern times, there are prescribing medicines and surgeries. Although there are many changes in medical techniques, they are all inseparable from the principle of yin and yang. For example, in the Nei Jing, there are laws of heaven, earth, and four seasons, and laws are natural. First preach the truth and then use it for medical purposes. This is a difficult principle. Wudang internal martial arts also stem from this. Discipline yourself first and then reach out to others. Literature can cure diseases, but weapons can defeat enemies. To defeat the enemy, only by knowing yourself and the enemy can you win. Treatment is to strengthen the righteousness and remove the evil, so that it can be cured suddenly. How can a doctor cure a patient's chronic illness if he doesn't understand the source of the disease? It is clear that this is not medicine but a self-contained medicine. Internal skills are seen as invisible and heard as silent. It always makes people clarify it in previous generations, but it is difficult to pass it on to later generations. The reason is that it is either too much or too little. The language is cumbersome and the writing is mysterious. It's hard to find and touch. This is a violation of the principle of returning to simplicity. Just as the Wudang couplet says: "The secrets of cultivating the mystic are wordless, and when you see through them, you will laugh at them." Just like shooting an arrow without hitting the target, thinking about it, making a vow to turn it over, and turning Shaolin's frame into internal strength. included in the text. In this way, there is a purpose. The practice seeks to manifest reality from space. Yu Chang said to his disciple: "Writing expresses the spirit of swordsmanship, and painting emits literary light." The writing is macroscopic, and the painting is microscopic. Writing and painting lie in holding the pen. The pen has a sharp edge and a awn. The sharp edge pointing inward is the distribution of Qi, and the sharp edge pointing outward is the vertical spirit, which expresses the inner energy. There are yin and yang in the movement of the pen, there is hardness and softness, there is hesitation, there is expansion and contraction, there are turns, there are circuits, there are ups and downs, there are back. Thinking comes first with the pen, then expressing it with the paper (power penetrates the back of the paper). Writing and boxing are both in the hands, and writing is the manipulation of the hands. The hand cares about itself, it is its own hand, it can move or be still, and it can do as the heart desires. There are thousands of words, and there are many kinds of skills. If there are too many, it will not be perfect, and if it is not enough, it will not be successful. Therefore, according to the four o'clock and twenty-four verses, twenty-four characters were selected. To facilitate operation. It's called the twenty-four-character formula. Also known as the Twenty-Four Zi Fist, it is the Zi Fist of the Divine Sword Sect. There are techniques, methods, numerous techniques, and secrets in it, which cannot be obtained without direct instruction (oral instruction). If you understand it first and then acquire it, then all the methods will be combined into one word "Yun" and become the word "Fist".

In the Jin Dynasty, there was Master Baiyun, whose Taoist name was Zizhenzi. He once passed the calligraphy formula to Wang Xizhi. Wang Xizhi was the right general. He was a martial artist but was good at calligraphy and left his name to future generations. This proves that practicing both civil and military skills has its roots. Guanfu Shujue explains the principle of Hunyuan, the method of hardness and softness, and the use of Yin and Yang. Its spirit, its Qi, and its power are all consistent with the internal martial arts. The spirit and the heart are in harmony. Yu Nai is a master of it, so he has the work of Ziquan, and uses it to kill the enemy alone. There is a huge difference in the number, but he can defeat the enemy and win. With practice, Gai becomes a god.

I have been with Master Baiyun for thousands of years from the Jin Dynasty to the Song and Yuan Dynasties. Although I have never met his person, I have actually understood his way and his spirit. The feeling of sincerity is like being taught by oneself. Therefore I call it the divine fist passed down from the gods.

The Zijue Sutra was engraved on stone by Wang Xizhi in the ninth year of Yonghe. The miracle still exists. I hope that wise people will examine it and distinguish it, so that they will know that the rest of the words are correct.

This is to incorporate the spirit, energy and power of calligraphy into martial arts and form it into words. The six-character mantra is synthesized to show to future generations. The details are listed here: the characters are written in Longxingcao, and the boxing practice is urgent. The crowds are all around, and they are all round. They advance one after another and return one after another. Practice all the time, and you will master the mysteries over time.
