Li Shutong (1880 ~ 1942) is a modern painter, calligrapher, musician and dramatist in China. Wen Tao, alias Guanghou, is extremely bookish. Together with Zeng Xiaogu, Xie and other students studying in Japan, he founded the Spring Willow Drama Club and performed such plays as La Traviata, The Story of Mu Niu Lake and The Dream of a New Butterfly. He is one of the founders of the drama movement in China.
