Pan Zhulan (1909-200 1 year) was born in Fuzhou. From 65438 to 0928, he graduated from Fujian Economic Association, majoring in Chinese. 1937 teaching as a profession. After 1937, he worked in Fujian accounting office and tax bureau. After the founding of New China, he taught in Fuzhou Institute of Arts and Crafts from 65438 to 0956, teaching Chinese, calligraphy, art theory and other courses. Since the late 1970s, he has served as vice president of Fuzhou Calligraphy and Seal Cutting Research Institute, vice president of Fuzhou Painting Academy, vice president of Fujian Calligraphers Association, consultant of Fuzhou Calligraphers Association and chief academic consultant of Fuzhou Calligraphy and Painting Research Institute.
