What is the relationship between calligraphy and dance?

In the art troupe, music and dance are inseparable. In ancient China, the word "music" often included "dance", so it was called "music and dance". In the west, the famous dancer Duncan also thinks that dance is "the visual embodiment of music". Then, in China, calligraphy and dance also contain corresponding fusion and similar aesthetic relationship. Zhang Xu, a great calligrapher in the Tang Dynasty, saw Gong Sundaniang's swordsmanship and realized his brushwork. Calligrapher Huai Su's cursive script is "round but able to turn, and the words are combined, which is the same as the dance of mulberry trees". This similarity between calligraphy and dance shows the historical relationship between calligraphy and dance. Mr Zong Baihua once said: Dance is typical of all artistic realms in China. China's paintings and calligraphy tend to dance, and calligraphy carries out the spirit of dance, showing the ethereal space with dancing movements. Calligraphy can get inspiration from dance, and dance can also be realized from calligraphy.
