Huang Fuxi, born in 1943, Han nationality, is from Changle County, Shandong Province. Famous calligrapher, son of patriotic overseas Chinese Mr. Huang Shuzhen. He used to be a member of Weifang CPPCC, a member of the Standing Committee of CPPCC Changle County, and the president of Changle County Taiwan Federation.
1989 graduated from China Correspondence College of Calligraphy and Painting. His calligraphy works have participated in many large-scale exhibitions at provincial, municipal and national levels and won many awards. His works have been exhibited overseas for many times and collected by friends from Europe, America, Japan, Hong Kong and Taiwan. His biography was compiled into the Dictionary of Painters and Calligraphers, and he was rated as one of the top 100 calligraphers in China. He is currently a member of China Calligraphers Association, vice president of China Calligraphy Art Research Institute, director of China Calligraphy and Painting Federation, vice president of World Oriental Calligraphy and Painting Institute, director of China-Japan-Korea New Calligraphers Association, president of China Baodu Calligraphy and Painting Institute, honorary president of Taipei Palace Museum and visiting professor. Mr. Huang was obsessed with calligraphy and painting since he was a child. He studied under Mr. Ouyang Zhongshi and Mr. Liu Bingsen, members of Weifang Calligraphers Association, director of Weifang Calligraphy and Painting Research Institute, vice president of the World Kite Capital Calligraphers Association and director of Changle County Calligraphers Association. The famous master of calligraphy and painting praised Mr. Wang: "Huang Fuxi's works are realistic and will belong not only to China but also to the world in the future." Mr. Huang's works have been published by newspapers at all levels for many times, participated in many exhibitions, and won gold medals and other awards in many exhibitions. According to the evaluation of the Art Evaluation Committee of the Ministry of Culture, Mr. Huang's calligraphy works have been refined to 7,000 yuan per square meter. Therefore, his works have great market artistic value and collection potential.
