Sima Guang was a famous politician, writer and historian in the Northern Song Dynasty. His real name is strategist and his nickname is pedantry. He is also called Sima Wengong, Mr. Su Shui and Sima Zheng Wen. He is an official, a servant and assistant minister of history, posthumous title Zheng Wen. Sima Guang was diligent, upright and politically conservative, and opposed Wang Anshi's political reform.
