In ancient times, there was a young man with superb archery who could shoot through a leaf accurately from a hundred paces away. He is very proud and shows off everywhere. It happened to be seen by an old man selling oil. He showed his unique skills in front of young people. He put a copper coin above the oil drum, scooped up a ladle of oil and skillfully poured it into the money hole, but there was no drop of oil on the copper coin.
In fact, the old man's performance is to warn young people that with more practice, practice makes perfect, and they can't be satisfied with the status quo and don't strive for progress. They think that Laozi is the best in the world. Outside the castle peak building, the strong are always strong, and there is no end to learning and struggle. We should stick it out to the end.

Legend has it that the emperor at that time went to the northern suburbs to offer sacrifices and asked Wang Xizhi to write his congratulatory message on a board, and then sent workers to carve it. The sculptor cut the board layer by layer and found that Wang Xizhi's calligraphy ink had been printed into the board. He didn't reach the bottom until he cut into a depth of three points. Woodworkers are amazed at Wang Xizhi's pen power, perfect calligraphy skills and his pen power.

4. Confucius is a teacher.
Confucius was a famous teacher when he was young. He always feels that he is not knowledgeable enough. At the age of thirty, he left his hometown Qufu and went to Luoyang to learn from the great thinker Laozi.
Outside Luoyang, Confucius saw a carriage, next to which stood an old man in his seventies, dressed in robes, with white hair and beard, who looked very knowledgeable. Confucius thought: this old man is probably the teacher I want to visit! So he saluted and asked, "Old man, are you Mr. Lao Dan?" "You are-"The old man recognized himself at a glance when he saw a travel-stained young man.
Confucius immediately said, "Kong Qiu, a student, made a special trip to visit the teacher. Please accept me as an apprentice. " Lao Tzu said, "You are Zhong Ni. I heard you were coming, so I met you here. You are no worse than me in learning knowledge. Why do you worship me as a teacher? " Confucius bowed again and said, "Thank you for waiting. There is no end to learning. Your knowledge is profound, and learning from you will definitely make great progress. "
From then on, Confucius stayed with the teacher every day and asked questions at any time. Laozi also taught him knowledge without reservation.
Step 5 weigh the origin
Jia Dao took the imperial examination in Beijing for the first time. One day, he remembered two poems on the donkey's back and said, "Birds live in trees by the pool, and monks knock on the door." At first I wanted to use the word "push" and "knock". I thought about it, recited it on the donkey's back, and reached out and made a push and knock gesture. Everyone who saw it was surprised.
At that time, Han Yu temporarily acted as Beijing (the local governor of Beijing), who was patrolling with his chariots and horses. Jia Dao unconsciously collided with the third part of Han Yu's honor guard and kept making thoughtful gestures. So he was suddenly pushed to Han Yu by the attendants around Han Yu. Jia Dao answered in detail what he was thinking, and was not sure whether to use the word "push" or "knock". He was so lost in thought that he forgot to avoid it.
Han Yu stopped the carriage and thought for a long time. He said to Jia Dao: "It is good to use the word' knock'." So they rode horses and donkeys home side by side and talked about the methods of poetry together. (They stayed for several days to talk about poetry) They were reluctant to leave for several days. So, Han Yu and Jia Dao became good friends.
Extended data:
The Oil Man is an allegorical story written by Ouyang Xiu, a writer in the Song Dynasty. The translation is as follows:
Kang Su Chen Gong Yaozi is good at archery, and no one else in the world can match him. He also boasted about this skill. Once (once), (he) shot an arrow at home. An old man selling oil put down his burden and stood looking at him sideways, never leaving. The old man who sells oil only nodded slightly when he saw that he hit eighty percent of the ten arrows.
Chen Yaozi asked the oilman, "Do you know archery? Isn't my archery very clever? " The old man selling oil said, "There is nothing but skill." Chen Yaozi said angrily, "How dare you despise my archery!"
The old man said, "I can understand this truth from my experience in pouring oil." So he took out a gourd and put it on the ground, put a copper coin in the mouth of the gourd, and slowly poured oil into the gourd with an oil spoon. Oil is injected from the money hole, but the money is not wet. So he said, "I have nothing else, but I am proficient in my hands." Chen Yaozi smiled and sent him away.
