Introduction to calligraphy, how to write big characters?

Hello, I'm a student in Xuan Tong's classroom. Teacher Toby Lin taught us to write big characters, and I'll share it with you:

★ Standing posture: write standing, stand up straight and relax. The more natural the writing itself, the more comfortable it is. Stretch your body and stand naturally.

★ Table: The height is subject to the fact that individuals will not feel uncomfortable when standing and writing. If you write standing and bending down, it will be difficult to accumulate strength, and it will also cause damage to the lumbar spine. You can choose a table with a height of 80cm or raise the table appropriately.

★ Others: In the process of standing and writing, can your feet be properly adjusted and how to put your left hand comfortably.

When you are just getting started, you must hang your elbow, at least your wrist. This is to exercise the stability of your arm.

★ There is also a cute little way to check the posture: apply a mask ~ a mask with weak fit. When you bow your head, the mask will fall off to prevent the cervical spine from being too large. When applying the mask, you can write two strokes, not only to check whether you have bent down unconsciously, but also to write a few more strokes ~ ~ Of course, it is also possible to observe yourself with a mirror or ask your family and friends to help you record the state when writing.
