In the past 30 years, the starry sky of China literature has really dazzled the people. Either this star rises vigorously, or that star falls sadly. Through the glory and decline of this appearance, people with conscience will definitely ask themselves, why? In fact, this truth is very simple: in the last 20 years of the last century, most of China literature was a weapon of ideological emancipation and became a tool of "revolutionary hygiene" in the past 30 years. In recent years, most of the literature in this century has been playing vulgarity, youth, pan-love, sex, "petty bourgeoisie", emperors and princes, talented people and beautiful women, and literature has become a toy.

Over the years, Chen Yingsong has kept the direction of the soul in the noise and turmoil, and has always adhered to the principle of "human study" in the cross-flow of desire. In his works of millions of words, whether poetry, novels, essays or literary criticism, he always insists on humanizing, living and ecologizing literature, endowing it with flesh and blood, and then caring for "human studies" with a sense of life. In his works, literary life and history and culture are mutually infected and compatible. The original ecological cultural thinking mode and discourse expression, "humanized nature" and "poetic world" always consciously and profoundly enter the cultural origin of our nation. What is particularly worth mentioning here is that his "Shennongjia Series" novels have shocked the literary world and will continue to touch and influence the literary world, truly creating a dialogue between nature and life in the literary sense: the fusion of poetry and philosophy. In this series of novels, he vividly reveals the relationship between life and nature with his unique and wonderful aesthetic perspective, wonderful poetic narrative and ordinary character stories, which makes people restless for a long time. His "Why does the crow crow crow" won the "Lu Xun Literature Award" and described the relationship between life and nature, and between man and death. The whole story is shrouded in romance and wonderful colors, just like the mysterious gobbledygook hanging on rocks for thousands of years in the novel. The works are illusory, grandiose and restrained. After reading it, it will naturally force us to re-examine ourselves and examine the various ecological environments around us and in our lives.

As early as the end of last century, I talked about the works with Professor Fan Xing of Wuhan University and Professor Li of Hu Da many times. Two critics have always been very optimistic about his works, saying that he will be a great person in the future. Although the literary world is very cold to him now, one day the literary world will return to literature, and this prize will definitely come to him. That voice is still ringing in my ears. The "Lu Xun Literature Award" came to him, the "Chinese Fiction Society Award" came to him and the "People's Literature Award" came to him. What's more worth mentioning is that his novels have entered the "China novel list" for five consecutive years.

I met Chen Yingsong in the early 1980s, which was the golden age of China's modern literature and a beautiful literary era that we should always remember. At that time, he wrote poems, and so did I. Our works often appear in the same publication all over the country. Because of the similar ideas, we soon became close friends. He wants to give it to me every time he publishes a book. I remember when I went to his house to chat a few years ago, I suddenly found his novel Don't Touch Me published in his bookcase 1997. I asked him for it. He didn't believe that the book was not given to me, so he wrote on the title page of the book: "I didn't say that the book was not given to you." Isn't that going to hit my brother's board? " Although the book is not good, the first person who asks for advice is the first one. I'll make it up! "This shows how much he cherishes the brotherhood between us. In the circle of writers, the books he gave me are the most complete. When writing this article, I counted that there were no fewer than twenty novels, short stories, essays and poems.

Chen Yingsong is brilliant and knowledgeable. When writing poetry, he was a member of the poetry world; After rewriting the novel, he became a legend in the field of fiction. His prose, essays, literary criticism, calligraphy and painting are all unique and worthy of serious study by experts in various fields. He is quick-thinking and eloquent, and he is a famous day trader in the literary world. Later, the more I wrote, the more refined I became, and I was no longer known for being fast. In recent years, almost every article has caused a sensation in the literary world, which is unique in China.

In people's minds, Chen Yingsong is quite like a "hermit" who lives in seclusion in the mountains. He is never excited, and he doesn't like to show his face. In this impetuous era, there are not many writers who can endure loneliness like him and settle down to painstakingly manage their works. Of course, Chen Yingsong in life is not always so "serious" and has a good sense of humor. I remember 1998 During the pen meeting on the third floor (Yellow Crane Tower, Yueyang Tower and Wang Teng Pavilion), a group of writers from Hunan, Hubei and Jiangxi provinces visited Chen Yingsong, and the humorous talk show was wonderful. Chen Yingsong is a man of temperament. In his works, Chen Yingsong always has an unspeakable pain. His face is often somewhat noble and melancholy. He is an example of our literature and a close friend of life.
