College Overview:
Guigang Vocational College is approved by the People’s Government of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and a national education It is a public full-time higher vocational and technical college registered with the Ministry of Education and organized by the Guigang Municipal People's Government.
The college is committed to the demand for talents in economic and social development and sets up majors to cultivate in-demand talents. The college is located in the urban area of ??Guigang City with convenient transportation. The old campus is located in the city center, adjacent to the train station, bus terminal, East Lake Park, and Municipal Stadium. The new campus has a planned land area of ??805 acres and will be constructed in two phases. In 2007, the task of moving 1,000 students to the new campus was completed. The college currently has more than 3,000 students and 137 full-time teachers, including 22 associate professors and 78 lecturers. The college has 6 departments, namely: Department of Electronic Mechanics, Department of Economics and Management, Department of Teacher Education, Department of Foreign Languages, Department of Art, and Department of Social Sciences. Cultivation model:
The college implements the "dual certificate" system and implements the "2 1" talent training model. Students studying in our college learn basic theories, train basic skills, and develop professional qualities in the first two years. ●Our school cooperates with Nanning SECCO Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd. to jointly cultivate in-demand talents in logistics management and procurement and supply management. Guangxi SECCO Logistics Skills Training Center is the first enterprise-funded base in the country to provide logistics skills training for students of our college.
