Xiaoping's introduction

Xiaoping (1924~), formerly known as Shi. People from Chang 'an, Shaanxi. 1947 graduated from Qingdao Shandong University. He used to be the secretary-general of Tangshan Municipal Government and the party secretary of the municipal government. Member of Calligraphy Committee of China Couplet Society, member of China Senior Calligraphy and Painting Research Association, member of Chinese Contemporary Calligraphers Association, researcher of China Baochan Shanyi Research Institute, member of Hebei Calligraphers Association, honorary director of Tangshan Calligraphers Association.
