Article 12 The Association implements the system of combining individual members with group members.
Article 13 Anyone who agrees with the articles of association and has made certain achievements in calligraphy, seal cutting creation, theoretical research, editing and publishing, education and training, organization and other aspects may be recommended by two members of the association upon his own application. Applicants from cities (counties) and districts in this Municipality shall become members of the Association after being reviewed and recommended by local group members, reviewed by the secretariat of the Association and approved by the meeting of the presidium of the Association (specific details shall be formulated separately).
Fourteenth all members of China Calligraphers Association and Jiangsu Calligraphers Association who live and work in this city can apply to become ex officio members of this association.
Article 15 All city (county) calligraphy seal cutting organizations and calligraphers (or workers) associations approved by the community management department of this Municipality may become group members of this association upon voluntary application and approval of the Council. The person in charge of each team member, as the representative of the team members, is nominated by the ex officio director. The directors elected by the group members are naturally replaced, that is, after the directors no longer serve as the head of the group members, the new head naturally takes over.
