The scenery in autumn is different under the fortress, but the geese in Hengyang leave without paying attention

< p>The scenery is different when autumn comes under Saixia, but the geese in Hengyang leave without paying attention. Sounds are heard from all sides, thousands of miles away, long smoke sets, the sun sets, and the lonely city closes.

A glass of dirty wine can lead to a home thousands of miles away, but there is no way for Yan Ran to return. The Qiang pipes are covered with frost, people can't sleep, and the general's hair is white and his husband is in tears.

Translation

Autumn is here, and the scenery of the northwest frontier is very different from that of the south of the Yangtze River. The flock of geese flying towards Hengyang had no intention of stopping at all. At dusk, the horn blew, and the unique sound of wind, horse whistling, Qiang flute and horn echoed from all directions. In the rolling mountains, the sun sets, blue smoke rises, and the gate of a lonely city is closed.

Drinking a glass of turbid wine, I can't help but think of my relatives thousands of miles away. The war is not over yet, and my fame has not been established, so I can't make plans to return early. The long sound of the Qiang flute came from the distance. The weather was cold and the ground was covered with frost and snow. It was late at night, and those who were fighting in the field could not sleep. Both generals and soldiers, their hair was dyed white by the frost and snow, and they could only cry silently.

Extended information:

Between the first year of Kangding (1040) and the third year of Qingli (1043) in Song Dynasty, Fan Zhongyan served as deputy economic envoy of Shaanxi and governor of Yanzhou. During the reign of Renzong of the Song Dynasty, Fan Zhongyan was sent to the northwest front by the imperial court and assumed the important task of defending the northwest frontier in the Northern Song Dynasty. This poem was written during the war between the Northern Song Dynasty and the Western Xia Dynasty.

When Fan Zhongyan was guarding the border, he composed several songs in "The Proud Fisherman", all of which started with "Autumn comes under the border", which described the hard work of border towns. Ouyang Xiu even called him "the poor master of the border". So much. There is only one left. It starts with the sentence "The scenery under Saixia is unique in autumn", and "Xiaxia" points out the area of ??Yanzhou. At that time, Yanzhou was the northwest frontier and an important military town to prevent Xixia attacks, so it was called "Fortress".

"Autumn is coming" points out the season. "Different scenery" summarizes the scenery in Yanzhou that is very different from that in the mainland in autumn. The author uses the word "different" to summarize the difference in seasonal changes between the north and the south, which contains the meaning of surprise.

"Hengyang wild geese leave without paying attention." Geese are migratory birds. In autumn, geese from the north fly to the south to escape the cold. According to ancient legend, wild geese fly south and stop at Hengyang. Huiyan Peak in Hengshan Mountain is named after this, so Wang Bo said: "The formation of wild geese frightened the cold, and the sound cut off the Hengyang Pu" ("Tengwang Pavilion Preface"). The word "Hengyang Wild Goose" in the poem also comes from this legend.

"No attention" means that the geese here spread their wings and fly southward in autumn without any nostalgia, reflecting the cold wind and desolation in this area in autumn. The following continues the scene of the battlefield in Yanzhou in the evening: "There are sounds from all directions." The term "border sound" refers to all sounds with border characteristics. This sound rises along with the sound of military horns, forming a strong and sad atmosphere, which prepares the lyric for the next film.
