Community Introduction: Tianningsi Beili Community was established in 2001 In May, in accordance with the spirit of Document No. 23 [2000] issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, and in line with the principles of convenience for autonomy, management, resource allocation, regionality, and a sense of identity, the original Tianning Temple East Neighborhood Committee and Tianning Temple Qianjie North Street were merged. The neighborhood committee merged into the Tianningsi Beili Community Neighborhood Committee; in April 2006, it merged with the Huadian Community Neighborhood Committee to form a new Tianningsi Beili Community Neighborhood Committee. The area under its jurisdiction is 350,000 square meters, with 30 buildings and 5 bungalows. The total number of households in the area is 2,978 households and 7,572 people. There are 55 community resident representatives and 11 community standing committee members. A new community party organization has been established, with six party branches: Tiandong, Tianbei, Caishu, Wujinjiaodian, Power Construction, and Huadian. The party members who have transferred to the community include 307 people. Tianning Temple Beili community currently has more than 120 square meters of activity space, including a day care room for the elderly, a cultural activity room, a community police room, a citizen school, a youth education and guidance station, and a community library. The community has a choir, fitness Exercise team, Peking Opera team, calligraphy class, community volunteer service team, etc. Since the establishment of Tianningsi Beili Community, it has been connected with reality, people-oriented and served residents. Through measures such as rectifying the community environment, improving roads, cleaning up messy spots, painting corridors, implementing vehicle management, and installing building intercom security doors, the community environment has been greatly improved, security prevention capabilities have been significantly enhanced, and community construction has developed rapidly. The jurisdiction of the community: Tianningsi Beili Community is located in the northeast corner of Guangwai District, east to Beibinhe Second Ring Road, bordering Guangnei Street; to the south to Tianningsi Qian Street, adjacent to Tiannan Community , to the west of Tianningsi West Street, connected to Xiaomachang Community, to the north of Lianhuachi East Road, at the junction with Xicheng District.
