1. Start Word Program-File-New. You can see Copybook for calligraphy's template. Click it. If it is not displayed, you can search in it.
2. Set the font and text (you can skip it)
3. Enter the text and modify the grid style.
When you click on the document, a calligraphy label will appear in the toolbar, and you can see four function buttons, in which you can add and subtract characters, set grid style, set text arrangement and set tabs; Take setting grid styles as an example, where you can modify grid styles, such as Mi Zige, Tian Zige, Tianhuige and Jiugongge.
You can also delete the text you just added and enter the text you want to practice (if you don't want to input, you can switch a grid style and then switch back to input);
Note: If you click on the text arrangement, it will be reset according to the text entered in the addition and subtraction characters by default (that is, what you just manually entered will be cleared).
Step 4 modify options
If you are not satisfied with the grid line color and font color, you can modify the font color (red by default) and grid line color (black by default) in the options, and you can set the number of rows and columns (i.e. grid size) in the routine;
Step 5 modify the font
Select the text you entered, and you can modify the font under the Start tab, as long as the font installed on your computer can be modified;
Step 6 print instructions
If you think the grid size is not suitable, you can scale it to fit your size when printing;
