Brief introduction of Ding Maolu

Ding Maolu,/kloc-0, born in February, 936, is the youngest of the five elders in Xiling (,Chen,, Yu Chongjin, Lin Ganliang and Ding Maolu), a China painter who combines landscapes and figures. Member of China Calligraphers Association, director of Zhejiang Calligraphers Association, director of Zhejiang Artists Association and vice chairman of Hangzhou Artists Association. 1959 graduated from the Chinese Painting Department of Zhejiang Fine Arts Institute and stayed as a teacher. He was transferred to Xiling Press from 1963 and became a member of Xiling Press. He served as director and deputy secretary-general of Xiling Press from 1983 and retired from 1996. Now he is the director of the office and the deputy editor.
