Chemical fiber felt is made of chemical fibers. Features: poor hygroscopicity, easy pilling, but cheap.
Blended felt is made by mixing wool and chemical fiber in a certain proportion on time. This kind of felt comprehensively utilizes the advantages of pure wool felt and chemical fiber felt, with high cost performance, durability and good ink holding effect.
How to tell if the felt is pure wool? The most direct way to distinguish is to wipe off some wool from the felt and light it with fire. Wool smokes and bubbles during combustion, and the combustion products have the smell of burning hair. After burning, the ash is black and brittle, and there is no coke.
