1958 ——1970 studied in Rongcheng city, Shandong province. 1971-1982 worked as a soldier, theoretical teacher and cultural officer in jinan military area command. After 1983, he served as editor, creator, workshop director and vice chairman of Jinan Federation of Literary and Art Circles. He is currently the vice chairman of Shandong Federation of Literary and Art Circles and the chairman of Jinan Writers Association.
