Wang Jingfen, party member, 193 1, was born in Fotang Town, Yiwu in August. 1949 graduated from yiwu simple normal school, joined the revolution in July of the same year, and studied in primary school teacher training class and cadre training class successively. He used to be the director of the Chounan Primary School Committee and the director of the branch. Later, he served as the captain of the reactionary training bureau of the county public security bureau. 1February, 950, he was selected into the northern working group of the province and transferred to the Central Organization Department of Beijing. Because of his passion for painting and calligraphy, he was assigned to work in the art research office of the Press and Photography Bureau as a member of the Personnel Section of the People's Fine Arts Publishing House. 65438-0954 studied painting at Beijing Normal University. 1958 graduated from the Fine Arts Department of Beijing Institute of Art, and stayed there as a teacher, serving as the office director and branch secretary. 1964, transferred from the school to the art education department of the Ministry of Culture. 65438-0973 Transferred to Cultural Relics Publishing House to study calligraphy. He has compiled a large collection of calligraphy works such as Yan Zhenqing, Liu Gongquan, and Longmen Twenty Products. Many articles about China's calligraphy were published in People's China (Japanese edition). 198 1 Participated in the preparatory work of China Calligraphers Association. He was the deputy secretary-general of the first National Congress of China Calligraphers Association and was elected as the executive director. The following year, he was transferred to the Calligraphy Association, founded China Calligraphy magazine, served as director of editorial department, member of editorial board, director of research department of the Calligraphy Association and deputy director of academic committee. He presided over the first, second and third national "calligraphy theory Symposium", "China First International Calligraphy Association Exchange Conference", "Xi 'an International calligraphy theory Symposium" and many local academic conferences. 1993 retired as the director and legal representative of the calligraphy training center of China Calligraphy Association. He compiled 22 kinds of teaching materials and served as the editor-in-chief of Calligraphy Art Newspaper.

Together with his wife Ruan Zengbao, he created the script of Silver Mouse (26 episodes are being filmed by CCTV) and TV series such as Yan Zhenqing and Huai Su. In calligraphy creation, he highly praised the "two kings" calligraphy school, specializing in cursive script, paying attention to statutes, naturally vivid, and stressing rhythm and charm. His works have participated in hundreds of large-scale exhibitions at home and abroad. It is also included in the "Zhongnanhai Calligraphy Collection" and other large-scale catalogues, and has been engraved by many domestic painting and calligraphy institutes, memorial halls and forest of steles. He was hired as a reviewer of Singapore Book Association and a consultant of Bangkok Painting Academy. He was awarded the honorary certificate at the 20th anniversary meeting of China Book Association.
