Cao Chen, Chairman of Baoji Pilotage Advertising Decoration Co., Ltd., 1986 was born in Baoji, Shaanxi Province, Han nationality, graduated from the Art Department of Xianyang Normal University, Shaanxi Province, and is currently the Chairman of Shaanxi Baoji Pilotage Advertising Decoration Co., Ltd.; Member of Baoji Arts and Crafts Association, Baoji Artists Association and Baoji Calligraphers Association. He graduated from Baoji Chunling Art School in 2002, was admitted to Xianyang Normal University in 2003, majoring in environmental design, and won the third prize in the bookmark design competition held by China Design House in 2008. Later, the series design works of "Black Sewing Society" were also praised as "rising stars" by the industry.
