Matsushita Institute of Politics and Economics in Japan is a private educational institution founded by Kōnosuke Matsushita in 1979, aiming at training the second generation of Japanese politicians.
Annual expenditure: 300 million yen, only 8- 10 students are admitted each year, and no more than 30 students are enrolled in all private schools. By February 20 10, there were 300 graduates and 30 members of parliament (2 ministers and 3 mayors). Japan's current foreign minister: Seiji Maehara is the eighth graduate.
Comparison: Harvard University graduates 17,000, and only17 members of Congress were elected.
The teaching policy and plan of Matsushita Institute of Political Science and Economics (from Lang Xianping,No. 144: Who is in charge of today's Japan);
Study for three years:
First year: Students hone themselves by learning the traditional Japanese spirit (Bushido spirit) and participating in various practices.
Get up at 5 am, sweep the court, run and start a regular day. Then learn tea ceremony, calligraphy, kendo and meditation to experience the essence of Japanese culture. I also went to Yongping Temple in Japan to ask about Zen, literature and music appreciation and learn Japanese culture. March 100 km (walk around Miura Peninsula every day to challenge the limits of body and spirit) and then experience the mission of protecting nature through various forest protection sports. Through Panasonic and other works, I can understand what social labor is and so on. This paper discusses what man is from the perspectives of philosophy, religion and classicism, and correctly understands Japan and the world since the Meiji Restoration. Learn the essence of oriental traditional thoughts such as The Analects of Confucius and Mencius. At the same time, students are required to reach the stage of using English freely. Be able to use English independently for research. And students are required to reach the level of simple Chinese conversation.
The second year: To learn how to become a leader, all members must swear that they will take politics as their responsibility in the future and must become the leader of Japan.
The third year: review, reflect, know and participate in the world, and gradually shape yourself into a real second-generation political leader.
The second generation of Japan is completely different from the first generation, and these people are completely different from the militarists of the past. Militarism leads Japan forward, and this time it is the platform of the Japanese to lead the Japanese forward. But the current platform and the development of China are opposite, but it was a military means at that time. Today is a diversified means, including military and paramilitary, so it is more complicated. And this generation of politicians can speak Chinese, so this generation of Japanese leaders know much more about the United States and China than China leaders.
What achievements can China's current civil service system achieve in the first confrontation with the Japanese?
