Male, Han nationality, 1963 was born in Gansu province, 1984 graduated from the Department of Chinese Language and Literature of Ningxia University, and graduated from the first advanced seminar for young and middle-aged writers of Lu Xun College of Literature in 2003. He has taught in Ningxia Jingyuan No.1 Middle School, Ningxia Radio and TV University, editor-in-chief of Shuofang magazine, Ningxia Federation of Literary and Art Circles and North University for Nationalities. Member of Chinese Writers Association, first-class writer and professor. He used to be the vice chairman of Ningxia Writers Association. In 2007, he was transferred to Zhuhai, Guangdong, and is now the vice chairman of Zhuhai Writers Association. At the same time, he teaches at Beijing Normal University, Zhuhai, and is the vice president of the School of Art and Communication.
The work was published on 1982, and the short story "Dozens of White Bottles in the Moonlight" won the "First Selected Publication Award of China Literature" (1997). In 2008, Chen Jiming Disaster Relief Calligraphy Exhibition was held in Zhuhai Library. The Monk in Beijing was originally published in People's Literature No.20 1 1 ninth issue, and was reprinted by Selected Novels, Selected Novelists, Excerpts from Writers, Xinhua Digest, etc., and was included as the best novella of 2011year.
On 20 13, the professor won the triennial October literature prize for his novella "Grey of Han". Grey Han is another novella after The Monk in Beijing. Published in October magazine 20 12 1, and then reprinted by Selected Novelists and China Literature. Many critics think it is one of the best novellas in 20 12.
