At the end of the Qin dynasty, there was chaos in the world. After the battle between Chu and Han, Liu Bang defeated Xiang Yu. In 202 BC, Liu Bang claimed to be the emperor of the Han Dynasty, with its capital Chang 'an (now the site of Chang 'an City in Han Dynasty), which was called the Western Han Dynasty in history.
