Mr. Wang Qiwen, 1965, from fengzhen city, Inner Mongolia, graduated from the Department of Psychology of Beijing Normal University. He combined the three-dimensional effect of western painting with the traditional techniques of Chinese painting, and developed more than 50 kinds of painting materials, among which Ning Rui was one.
