Baishi and Chang Shuo, beginners in printing pipes, dabbled extensively in brick and tile, clay seal, Han bronze seal and ancient seal, wandering among officials, seeking subtlety in the atmosphere and insight in muddy water. Taiwan Province Indian Forest magazine commented that "the engraving is precise and the plate is wrong freely". Gan Jianhua's "The Seal of the altar in Hengzhou" is compared with "Two Guns Will Make Dong Ping a Rising Star" in Water Margin.
