A Brief Introduction to the Author of The Last Eunuch Sun Zhuan
Jia was born in Beijing in the 1950s. Member of the National Committee of Chinese Writers Association, Vice President of China Biography Society, and historian of the late Qing Dynasty. Over the years, I have interviewed hundreds of people and collected tens of millions of words of historical materials about the last emperors and court figures in the late Qing Dynasty. He has successively written The Last Emperor's Later Life (won the China Book Golden Key Award), Biography of the Last Emperor's Brother (rated as one of the top ten bestsellers in the United States), Biography of the Last Eunuch Sun (published in English, 15 translated in foreign languages), Documentary of the Last Emperor's Heirs (rated as the bestseller of the Second Beijing Book Festival) and Decryption of the Last Emperor's Marriage. After the publication of the above books, they sold well at home and abroad, and some of their works were published in Japan, Hong Kong and Taiwan, and received comments from hundreds of authoritative media at home and abroad. He wrote an inscription for the last emperor Puyi and the last eunuch Sun, and his calligraphy works were selected for the first exhibition of contemporary famous works in China and the exhibition of contemporary famous paintings and calligraphy works.
