The main entrance of the temple faces south, and there are four gold-plated characters "Furnace Temple" on it. There are two stone lions on both sides, and there are four characters of "filial piety" above the door. After entering the door, the front yard of the temple is lush, with Sung Pe Liu. There is a gazebo on the east and west sides, with red columns and yellow tiles, which is beautiful and generous.
There is a middle gate in the north of the courtyard, and there is also a pair of stone lions in front of it. Above the gate, there are four characters inscribed by calligrapher Li Yaodong: "Tian Ge has people". There are more than a dozen ancient monuments on both sides of the gate, and the earliest inscriptions have long been lost or no longer exist after several wars. The earliest existing one is the "Rebuilding the Temple Monument of the Furnace Goddess" on April 15th, 19th year of Qianlong. There are also inscriptions on the furnace temple rebuilt during Jiaqing, Guangxu and the Republic of China.
When I entered the middle gate, I faced the main hall of the furnace goddess hall, as well as the East Hall and the West Hall. This hall is made of brick, wood and cement. Yellow glazed tile roof, red doorpost, flower ridge faucet, colorful. Sitting in the center of the hall is a large-scale mural "Biography of the Furnace Goddess" painted by Zhangdian painter Wang, and "Sacrifice of the Furnace Goddess" inscribed by Hebei calligrapher Wang Zhigang, which adds luster to the hall.
